The guy bagging our groceries and bringing them to our car this morning completely ignored me and didn’t say a word when I tried talking to him and even thanking him for his help. I was shopping with my two little kids so I had my hands full and to be treated in this way took me aback and made me uncomfortable. I was excited to shop at Kowalski’s again since it had been a few years. My family recently moved back to the metro area and this is the experience I did not expect. Please treat your customers with kindness and respect and at least acknowledge them. I don’t plan on shopping at this location again.

My first time in there was with my son this evening, as I checked out in self checkout the cashier at the register stared and watch me scan every single item without greeting or making any comments as if we were going to steal something. Myself and my child were very uncomfortable, you can tell they don’t get people of color in this store often. I will not be coming back.

Like the variety of specialty foods. I had to get some ingredients for a unique salad. The store had them and fresh organic greensTry their branded chocolate. Who knew? It’s great. Could end a dinner with a chocolate sampler
