I've been going to Jake's Quality Auto Repair for a little over 4 years now. Cori and Brad are great to work with. Brad helped me get a better deal on a Sonata during an inspection, which I now own and it's running smoothly thanks to Brad's maintenance and advice. I've told all my coworkers, friends, and family to take their cars to this amazing power couple!

My first repair experience at Jake's Quality Auto Repair was excellent! The initial conversation with Brad gave me the confidence that he was honest and knowledgeable. He eased my mind about the repair. Cori is an absolute beautiful spirit who is so easy and fun to talk with. I had a really good feeling about them and I was not wrong. They charged only what was needed and made me feel like they cared about me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES. I will certainly reach out to them again if I ever have any other car issues. You will not be disappointed. Over 30+ years in business - high integrity :)

I chose Jake's based on the very positive reviews, and my first experience was excellent. They were very honest (for example, told me my transmission fluid was "like new" whereas I thought it might need changing), didn't try to push/sell me things, and gave some recommendations for the future. Very professional and friendly, and they finished the repair work when promised.

I recently brought my car, a 2011 Mustang, to Jake's Quality Auto for a clunking noise that occurred over every bump in the road. Brad and Kory replaced a broken transmission mount (likely due to an accident years ago impacting the undercarriage), and the 2 front sway bar links - the right link was the culprit of the clunking. Total cost was $590, and now the car is quiet as a mouse, err, Mustang.
The backstory is that I had previously taken the car into the local Ford dealer, and paid them to diagnose the clunking noise. They came up with $1200 for new rear sway bar. And the front struts are making noise, $1300 to replace. This was after I spent $370 on at the same Ford dealer for replacement of suspension parts (trailing arms) to resolve the clunking - no difference. Obviously, time for a second opinion.
Needless to say, the local Ford dealer has lost a customer, and Jake's has earned a customer for life.

I have had nothing but 5 star plus experiences since I started coming to Jake's Quality Auto Repair. So much so that I am just writing this review because I assumed I already had written a 5 star review ages ago! I chose to give them a shot because they had a better price for my brakes compared to the dealership. On top of their prices being very competitive, they provide exceptional customer service, they don't push things on you, they are fair and honest and they do amazing work. I have nothing but good things to say about this company and the people that make it so great (Brad, Cori and David)!

Brad and Cori are some of the nicest, most compassionate people you’ll find. Cori was so thorough with me on the phone when I first told her about the sound my car was making. I immediately knew I was going to be in good hands. I dropped it off a week later. Brad gave me the lowdown before he did any work and then quoted me a fair and honest price and got the work done in a day. These people are salt of the earth. I am so blessed to have found a reliable and trustworthy mechanic. Lifetime customers here!
