I was saddened to see our local laundromat in such a state. ? The upgrades for the machines are wonderful, but this place is DIRTY! Dead flies in the window, piles of dirt on the floor, footprints from the last time it rained (about a week ago), puddles of detergent, and the carpet hasn't been vacuumed in a long time are some of the issues. Hey guys, it doesn't take that much effort. ?

Great location! They keep it clean and the machines are all updated and upgraded! Plenty of folding space and just an overall nice atmosphere. And the prices are good for what you get!

Love coming here to do my laundry, but it seems the past few times I don’t get my charge back from using my debit card for 20.00 for a load that’s 4.75, where’s my other 15.25? Do I contact these people or my own bank ?

Warning - Absolutely no heat in here tonight I don’t if this is typical however I’ve been here freezing my fingers, feet and butt off while waiting for laundry. Laundromat is fine, cleanliness is mediocre until night engineer showed up around 8:30. I think they try their best to keep it clean and there is not always an attendant. About the machine, the water in the machine #5 for 10 loads that I used seemed very low but maybe it’s an HE machine that uses hardly any water at all. If it’s an HE it was not marked as such. I was a bit concerned that the first 3-4 minutes of the wash cycle the laundry was still just getting wet. And by the time I looked and there were 13 minutes left it had already turned to rinse cycle so I don’t think it spent a good amount of time actually “washing”.There’s a button for extra wash and extra rinse for an extra cost of course, but it is not labeled how long a regular wash cycle is and how long an “extra” wash cycle is. That would be helpful.

Super clean the staff are amazing they're so friendly and helpful they have great prices on both wash and dry I highly recommend I won't go anywhere but here also if you don't like dealing with getting change they have a card you can use it makes it so much easier and faster thank you guys at home town laundry wash & fold for all your hard work and always being there at the drop of a hat for everyone you guys rock!

You're lucky to find a machine that will take money. And when it does it just spins with no water shooting into the washer so your clothes are just sitting in their dry spinning and then you can't cancel it so you can move it to a washer that does work. wasted countless amount of money and time today today there I would highly recommend never ever touching a foot in there door

I live in Forest Lake and usually do my laundry at Maytag. Most times we are lucky to get in there and lucky if machines aren't broken. There is a guy there that cleans but he stares and talks to you which makes a lot of people uncomfortable. It was packed there today so we went here. The prices are cheaper, my clothes got washed well and the wash time is accurate and not long. The dryers are wonderful and it's a decently clean place. I felt better being there and I didn't spend as much as I usually do. My husband and I talked and we decided we will be going here from now on. Even though I have to drive 20 minutes, it was well worth it. Thank you owners and employees of Hometown Laundry for allowing me to feel comfortable in all aspects as I washed my clothes at a great place. ??

Last time I came here, the machine was broken, wasting my time and money for nothing, and this time I came here again, I thought the machine had been repaired, but what I didn't expect was that it was still broken and wasted for nothing Wasted my time and money, broken machine without any prompt, really left me speechless, I suggest not to come here to do laundry, the staff here is very irresponsible

Gross, the whole place stinks and all the machines were disgusting. Never look like they have been cleaned.
