Diesel pumps don’t click off when the tank is full. They ruined a $110 pair of pants, a $250 coat and a $180 pair of shoes because the diesel splashed out on me. I was holding the pump, in fact I was pumping slowly because I was surprised it didn’t stop pumping.
When I talked to the stoned employee he stared at me blankly and said “ok”.
That’s it, he didn’t care.
I wouldn’t have left this review if he would have even acknowledged that their equipment didn’t work properly.
I love 3 miles away. I’m never going back. You shouldn’t either.

The guy that works day time horrible customer service and he makes customers wait until his conversation is done when he just talking to the other employee about mice . Just a rude person.

Hours are never right and the one lady will yell at you were closed rudely will drive an extra 5 min to get better and reliable service

Pre-pay or card only. I got rudely barked at over the loudspeaker when the pump allowed me to choose “pay inside”I hate pre-pay because you can’t get a full tank. I have a discount card where you get so much off per gallon if I can’t fill my tank I don’t get the full use of the discount. I would have gotten a drink and a snack today, but I already paid with my card once and I don’t want two transactions that I have to reconcile at the end of the month. Lost a tiny bit of business there, but maybe so many people are leaving without paying at this station, they don’t care about lost business in drinks and snacks. Makes me feel unsafe at this station. I won’t be back.

EMPLOYEES STEAL FROM CUSTOMERS. Ray the gas station attendant charged my mom and i out for $50 of gas on a brand new $200 gift card. The receipt said it was charged $50 but still had a $200 balance, which makes no sense. So then we go to use it again and the entire cards funds were drained. We went back in and talked to the manager who did nothing and said there's no record of the transaction even though we have the receipt. Needless to say the employees here steal and scam from customers.

Some of the worst service I have ever has the tall bold head guy was absolutely rude to me and my girlfriend I forgot what pump it was and went out to look and the angry man e behind the counter was saying rude things because I didn't know what pump know the pump number I will never go back to this location and will tell all my friends never to go there again

So I accidentally pushed the wrong grade on the gas pump and when I went into tell them they said they could have refunded to my card so I went back out to get my card and instead of refunding it to my card they tried to charge me another 20 to put on the gas pump so I can get gas the employee kept trying to play games and lie to me and say he didn't say that and said I was lying and when I told him I was going to call the cops and make a police report about what happened he was laughing at me and shaking his head I'm aso on ssi its like keep making jokes see how it ends

Have you ever thought about investing in an open/closed sign so people could have a clue as to wether you’re open or not? Very random close times, always different, no reason everyone should have to walk all the way to the door to read a tiny handwritten sign saying closed.

My husband's tire got damaged in the car wash and all the attendant(Amy Petterson)and manager(Jason Pelton) cared about was rudely telling us they were not liable. Amy is extremely rude, ill mannered and lacks customer service skills. Car was not even washed and they would not even refund our money. Will never go here for any thing and will follow through with the BetterBusiness Bureau. Such individuals like Amy and Jason are not fit to manage a business . Please go to school and learn some manners.
