Do not see Dr. Erick Demaris, he is horrible. Rushed thru my son’s apt because he was over an hour behind. He didn’t even read my sons medical history and wouldn’t treat him! So I have to take him to a different Dr tomorrow to be treated, so now he will miss 4 days of school because of this careless Dr.

I have been going to the Wabasha location for years, but I moved, so White Bear is closer. I was able to check in on my phone, the wait was minimal to be called back, and Kao was really nice and friendly. I brought my kindle to read while I waited, because I can be impatient. I was a little disappointed that they were running at least half an hour behind, but that's what happens when they are giving each patient the time they need. Dr. Keller was amazing. She listened and understood me, was very patient and thorough, even though it was the end of the day and I was likely her last patient. This will be my primary going forward. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

This clinic is absolute trash. They will bill you for asking a question even if they don't actually do anything.Instead of being interested in helping you feel better they're more interested in gouging you for every dollar. The absolute worst experience.

I've been going to the clinic for 15 years. I've had 2 primary care physicians in that time, both of them taking what I thought healthcare was to new heights. I've sat with doctors for an hour when needed. The staff has always been exemplary. Yes, as others note, they are often behind schedule - because they take the time they need with their patients. And yes, there are doctors that I wouldn't trust to treat a bruise. Once I had that experience. Once in 15 years. This is a class AAA facility - you just have to find the right physician.

Miscommunication and confusion with the front desk staff forced me to reschedule an appointment. I waited around to speak to Molly the clinic administrator about the situation but she would not take the time because she was in a meeting. Now, I am forced into a drawn out, formal procedure to file my concerns. Who has time for all of this - you get a bad review.I am happy to review my bad review but you will have to go through a formal process with my wife.

Healrh Partners clinics, staff, and doctors that i have worked with go above expectation. I sent a form to my doctor, Dr. Micallef, and the staff printed it out and she had it filled out and ready to be picked up on the same day. Wonderful communication and well organized here!

If you are scheduled for an appointment here, make sure to add 40-50 minutes to your scheduled time as the doctors are overbooked and have 3-4 more patients to see at the same time. Don’t arrive early either because you just spend time waiting between the lobby and patient room.

The lab desk has a sign that says walk ins welcome but you might experience a wait. Ok, I’ll wait. The lab tech brought me back and was so rude. Yelled at me saying I’m getting squeezed in but next time the lab requires an appt. I asked her if she wanted me to go get the sign that says walk ins welcome and she said next time make an appt. I despise this clinic. Woodbury is much better.

Not sure why it takes 2+ weeks to get test results for a pap. I called for the second time to ask where they were and why i was not getting them and I have yet to receive a phone call back or a reason as to why it has taken so long. I also read the other reviews and I absolutely agree that their billing department is horribly ran. I have also received threatening calls if I don’t pay $200+ a month towards my medical bills.

The billing department here is the worst of any I've ever encountered in any industry. My wife received treatment through them, and although she had a positive experience with respect to the care that she received, we will never return to a HealthPartners managed facility again - strictly due to how insanely overbearing their billing department is.Even with making payments towards our balance, we have received nonstop calls and voicemails several times a week, along with emails as well as physical mail, all in a threatening, dehumanizing manner. They have made Hogwarts efforts to contact Harry seem trivial.Mind you, I have not missed a payment since receiving treatment. I pay $200 or more every month, and yet am consistently harassed and barraged by their billing department. Even if you are making timely, substantial payments, you will receive threats of being sent to collections, and the bills, emails, and voicemails that you receive will claim that your payment is past due. It's absolutely infuriating. You can not expect to provide treatment for someone and just decide that their account needs to be paid in full within six months. Such a demand is simply impossible in this country with our egregiously bloated healthcare costs. I have called and spoken with the billing department, and they promised to stop reaching out about my account and have verified that it is current. Although the phone calls have finally ceased, we still receive emails and physical mail almost daily regarding our account being "past due". It's complete harassment. Therefore, even if this place had some of the best physicians on the planet, I would still recommend avoiding them at all costs. Find care elsewhere.

Diana at the front desk is gifted in administration. Shira who brought me into the appointment has a warm, charismatic tone to her position, and Dr.Ulland is masterful in his knowledge and teachings. Thank you to all who make this hospital a blessing to visit.

Everyone was very courteous & I was greeted right away. They really are nice there. They'll answer any questions even when trying to concentrate on their job & that's greatly appreciated!

IN my personal experience. To be honest with you, I was NOT sure because I had conscious, they will be good provide for me? I was NOT expect what they do! When I arrived there. I told them my name. They told me, please sit up then immediate to called me. I thought it will take a longer but like immediate.A nurse is a good listen and care! A doctor is a GOOD! Sometime, some doctors are not aware about the culture. I was fortunate have to the doctor. It was BEST doctor ever I had!BONUS! A lab is the CHAMP! Lab is an expert and professional. I told her, I HATE the needle!! She said you will be FINE! I said, OK! I trust you! She know HOW to shot (without PAIN)! I told her, you did good job and she was SMILE!Thank you, HealthPartners Clinic White Bear Lake!!

I have been going here for years and I am forever grateful I found my AMAZING nurse practitioner Mrs. Chilson. She has helped me turn my life around and listens to me and actually cares for her patients. I will never go anywhere else for care after forming such a bond with someone who cares so deeply about my physical and mental health.

I have been fairly satisfied with this clinic in the past but the last time I went for aPhysical they billed me for another visit at the same time. I've never experienced a clinic where I can't talk to the doctor without receiving an extra charge. They asked a question and I answered it so they consider that a conversation. Should I go in with tape on my mouth. I am beyond frustrated with them and now looking for another doctor.
