A routine oil change gone horribly wrong. Not only did Grease Monkey's techs improperly replace the oil drain plug, they used the wrong oil filter. Of course, I didn't realize this until getting on the freeway and my vehicle wouldn't accelerate, and all the warning lights on the dashboard lit up. After a tow to the dealership and returning home, I found a giant puddle of oil where the car had been parked.Because of Grease Monkey's negligence, oil splattered all over the underside of the car, requiring extensive cleaning and replacing of some parts. And while the pros at the dealership don't see engine damage now, they said it can't be ruled out.A week later, Grease Monkey and it’s corporate parent have not resolved how they will make this situation right - covering the cost of the oil "change" at their shop, the cost of clean up, replacements parts, a rental vehicle, and a new oil change - to say nothing of my time spent dealing with the effects of their negligence.Avoid this shop. Get your oil changed at a dealership that specializes in your make and model, or a trusted mechanic. Grease Monkey's team either didn't know what they were doing, didn't care what they were doing, or both. The convenience of a drive-in oil change just isn't worth the risks.

Fast service and they don't treat me like a woman who doesn't know about her car.

Fast? yep. Reasonably priced? Meh, your mileage may vary. Good at what they do? Unquestionably, no. They're terrible. They seem like nice enough guys, but they simply don't know what they're doing. Had to take to another shop to re-do the oil change and fix what they messed up, and they just pass the buck further up the corporate chain and bureaucracy, so they don't have to deal with their mess-up.

Negligent and incompetent. Did not properly replace the oil drain cap or the oil filter, resulting in two oil leaks and replacement of parts and cleaning of car. Then they wouldn't accept responsibility for their negligence and cover the costs incurred, or refund my oil change at their shop. Stay away. You can do better than these guys.

These guys are great, helped me with an oil change on a classic car, then brought over my daughter's car and our car for oil changes/tire rotation. Conscientious and careful. Recommend them.Services: Tires

If I could rate then a zero I would!! The 2 guys that were there on October 14rh were very rude. Telling me that I showed up 40 minutes before close so they couldn't do my oil change. The guy that was in the middle of helping me left to go to the bank.

Came in for a routine oil change. My van had not leaked 1 drop of oil prior to arrival. Technician informed me that the drain plug had been stripped by previous shop. This didn't make sense since no leak had been observed. No options were offered other than towing to another shop. i finally suggested wrapping original plug in Teflon tape to allow me to limp it to my shop. My shop is attempting to repair the damage and noted that this is a common problem with oil change shops that use power tools instead of hand wrenches for tightening the plug. I can't prove who did the damage, but I won't be back. Would post zero stars if I could.Service: Oil change
