The sales clerks were all very friendly and helpful. The prices are higher than I wanted to spend, but they have a lot of very nice things. I was looking for a specific item, and I did not find exactly what I wanted.

Great place for unique minnesota gifts or unique decorations relative to white bear lake and surrounding area. Lots of happy hour or baking items .

It’s 57 degrees and the front door is propped open. I mentioned that it was cold in the store to Diane who was wearing a very heavy sweater. She said, “No it isn’t. It’s 72 degrees”. Another customer said it’s cold in here. I left without purchasing anything which is unusual for me.

Go elsewhere. Assistant Manager at WBL store is not friendly or helpful. Can find a lot of their inventory at other local stores. For a small business, you'd think they'd step it up. I'll be taking my business to other local small businesses.

One of the most pleasant, positive experiences I've had with a merchant! I am out of state and called looking for a local business to to find something for a very special friend and business associate who was retiring after 43 years at the same company. I had never heard of this place and they didn't know me from Adam's housecat, but Peter the store manager listened to my request and sent me pictures of the offerings they had. I called back and gave him the items I wanted to purchase, along with a few things I requested additionally he could use his discretion on as a surprise. He put all this together along with a personalized card and delivered personally to surprise my friend. He went above and beyond! A special thanks to him and this wonderful business for making it a time to remember. If you haven't checked them out they have some really nice gifts!!

A beautiful store with a wonderful assortment of products. They have everything you could possibly want - from gifts to home decor to gourmet food, tons of cards for every occasion and so much more. I love the fact that the staff is always extremely friendly and helpful, but never pushy. One of my favorite places to shop!
