“Love this place! Although it did not have too many models, I enjoyed coming here today with my uncle to purchase Gemini. The models were in good condition. They had a decent variety of planes to purchase, from 1:200 to 1:400. The guy at the register was nice and helped me with the prices. “I love The Nest. Have been going here for over 10 years. They have a wonderful assortment of things that just make me feel good walking around the store! Great place to buy something for yourself or as a gift. Jewelry, clothing (for young and old)--including organic cotton which can be hard to find locally, soaps, pictures, notecards, natural cleaning products, dishes (incuding beautiful recycled glass, which I just adore), books, food items, etc etc etc. Customer service is excellent and they take care of their customers after the sale. “Saturday morning I ordered a party toy online... paid for it, the works. Waited for the email to come in that I could pick it up... by showing my ID and the purchasing credit card. When I got to the store the clerk & I exchanged a couple of jokes. I thought it odd that they swiped my card...but just figured it was verifying. Nor did I pay attention they handed me a receipt. FF four days later checking my visa bill online. Oh no... swiping my card was charging me... a second time. I just threw away the receipt yesterday!! I tried to dispute online but the charges were Fantasy Online and Fantasy Gifts, also the charge amounts differed by $0.12 so Visa didn't see it as a duplicate charge and told me to contact the merchant. So I will attempt to go to the store with nothing but my story and visa bill screenshots.... Ugh this seems so scandalous... Here's to hopefully, not hoping, that this has happened before!! I entered the store told Kelly what happened...showed her the item... she asked if the employee had a mohawk? I said I couldn't recall but I know I wasn't sure so I referred to them as they. Kelly said it was them and they go by he. She called the owner who looked up the sale... and would refund me! Oh.... THANK YOU!!! As we discussed it I said I'm sure it was confusing since I handed the credit card like I was expecting to pay.... and since she was so understanding and helpful and not near the hassle I thought this was going to be, I appreciated her and her assistance!! Here I am just over an hour later, checked my email....and... the refund is already there!! Not just there but was there since immediately after I left... 10:09a. “I was sent a delicious and beautiful arrangement for my birthday but was at work and not at home. Because of this I was contacted by the delivery driver “Richard” who said he would be happy to deliver to me at my work address which was about 15 minutes away. He could have been frustrated or said no especially since it was his last delivery of the day but after I explained where I was and that I wouldn’t have been able to get to the store before store closing time to pick it up he very nicely and pleasantly agreed to deliver to me at work which I appreciated so much especially because the only other option would have been was to leave it outside in this crazy 85 degree October heat! Which would have melted the chocolate and destroyed the fruit before having the chance to enjoy it! Thanks for making sure I received my edibles Richard!
