I see lots of 1/5 star reviews. However, my mid-day visit was the complete opposite. The store is clean, well organized, and easy to navigate (lots of big signs).The line for the pharmacy was three people deep and moved efficiently. The pharmacy staffer was friendly and polite and promptly got my order.The store itself is like any classic pharmacy, it has a little bit of everything (food and candy, cosmetics, local high school apparel, health items, OTC medicine, toys, etc.).

The staff was nice and tried to help, but the app didn’t work and it wouldn’t properly load the coupons. Plus the staff could not or would not override the software error in order to honor the coupons. So I ended up not buying what I wanted and I wasted a lot of time.

If I could give no stars, I would. After searching for quite a while for the product I needed after I just had a large surgery and could barely walk, I asked the manager to help find what I was looking for. She could not then I asked the pharmacist, she immediately said they didn’t have it. I ended up buying a similar product for double the price of the product. I wanted to get. I went home after a couple of days I decided to go online and check to see if they had something in stock. They had exactly what I was looking for in stock for half the cost of what I paid for the previous item I had to purchase because they “didn’t have” it. Finally the manager came over same “manager” I talked to a few days ago she barely said two words. I found the product, grabbed it and told her how inconvenient this all was she didn’t say anything and walked away, terrible experience. I will never go back. This manager should be fired and they should really get a new pharmacist that actually cares about patients.

I have never been to this CVS. Walked in, barely found what I needed, although no inventory of either of the brands I am used to. Shelves of everything seemed very empty but all merchandise pulled to the front of the shelf and spread out to look like they were still in business. Went to the checkout, and no one was there. So if there was anyone in the store, they must have been on break. Used the self checkout and left.

I didn't think it could get worse, but it did! My son ordered his prescription, and has given me access to his account. So online, CVS knows I can see his information. He got no notification, but looked on line at his account and it said the prescription was delayed and check back in a few days. That doesn't work for medication, so I wanted to transfer it to another CVS. So having had terrible experience in the past, with the pharmacist shrieking at me that she couldn't talk about his prescription (even though, again, CVS knows I can see his account and see all his information based on THEIR website) I knew that I needed to call customer service at CVS corporation. The person on the phone was super helpful, played the middle person for me and told me that this pharmacy had transferred his prescription to another CVS that had the medication. She said it would be available in 5 minutes. Two hours later I drove to the other CVS and they said the first one had not transferred it. The incompetence is astounding at this CVS. Wish I could give them a negative number. I will transfer to a competitor, this is so ridiculous. Don't go here.

Having to use yourself check out is annoying and complicated I wanted to skip begging on my drink so it makes customer service come over and scan their card. As I already hit finish and pay inserted my card my drink accidentally got scanned again and then it tried charging me so I had to withdraw my card immediately and had to wait for customer service again. The coupon / the price reflection after you enter your phone number appears after you hit finish instead of showing up to make sure you got the discount which makes me call over someone for customer service again. Honestly when I see a CVS now I'm just not going to bother and I will be searching for a Walgreens why do I want to deal with the headaches I realize some of them are my error but there could be better things with the machine and the way things are logged I get it also that you're saving money but not hiring people but you won't have to hear as many people when not as many people want to show up

Customer service is horrible..We had antibiotics to pick up today and was not notified they were all out. We arrived to pick up and was told they were out. Very disappointed and a waste of our time.

I had a horrible experience today with the pharmacist at CVS. My son had granted me permission to his pharmacy records through CVS online. I called the pharmacy to cancel a prescription (we had called this weekend to cancel it once already) and I told her I wanted to cancel that. We needed to cancel it so we could place the order again, under a new order from the doctor, so that insurance would then pick up the cost. She told me that since my son is 18 she can't talk to me. I explained to her that he has granted me permission online to his account and she should work with me. She kept repeating that she couldn't and that it was a federal law. She then said she can't see the permission. I explained to her that her company, CVS, has a process to grant permission to other's accounts. She said I needed a power of attorney. She doesn't even understand her company's policies!! I explained to her that I realize that it is federal law, to protect our privacy, HOWEVER, he has granted me permission with CVS and I legally have access. I asked to speak with the manager and she said she was the manager, I asked who I should speak to and she said I should call the federal government,,, huh? Laughable if it wasn't for the fact that my son with a chronic illness needed his prescription. Maybe she is on some kind of power kick, but asking me to "call the federal government" for help understanding the law to deal with my son's prescription was ridiculous and incompetent. I then called the support online number, which in hindsight I should have done before, and explained the situation, that person immediately called the pharmacy and had the prescription canceled, so that we could now reorder under a new authorization. Hopefully, this will go through. I will be asking for her manager to file a complaint, and I will file a complaint with Corporate. She simply needed to explain to me, 1., the procedure to call online support for help, or 2., she could have called to see that I had legal access to my son's account. My son has been delayed getting his medication for his asthma, due to her negligence and incompetence.

Wouldn't see me for visit bc what I needed takes 30 minute appointment. I booked appointment for that but she still wouldn't see me. Had an appointment at a different location days prior and couldn't be seen bc there wasn't a nurse that can complete visit. Super irritating!

I transferred my prescriptions recently and am so pleased with how easy it was! The staff are friendly and understand the importance of good customer service. I appreciate it!I use the drive through for the CVS on County Road E and 120 in WhiteBear Lake.

Website states the pharmacy is open; so I came to pick up my prescription. Nope, they are locked up. This faded sign says on Sunday they open at 10am. Seems this CVS doesn’t know or care about updating this simple fact for customers! ?

Most interactions with the pharmacy technicians have been pleasant but today was not. I was a few days early to pick up my prescription even though my doctor had called me the day before to say they sent in the order. I tried to explain that to the pharmacist but she continued to cut me off while I was talking which is rude. Poor customer service and it put me in a horrible mood the rest of the morning. I have too much going on in my life to have to deal with rude people who are supposed to be helping me. I am fine waiting until the day my prescription is ready. I just wanted to explain the situation. I'm going to give Walgreens a try..
