Had a problem with my Champion Generator cord reel. Stopped at Cummings in White Bear Lake after searching the internet for a solution. Generator technician Steve Jeremy spent 15 minutes to assess and fix the problem. No charge! Great staff, very clean facility and local. I can't say enough about the helpful service!

New to Mn and owning 4 vehicles including my Galleria Sprinter Rv. Ive dealt with different shops from Mercedes to dealers and garages. My best experience was with Jason Oftedahl ( service supervisor )@Cummings of White Bear Lake.My generator was leaking propane and also the exhaust was setting off the CO detector. Kinda weird for a fairly new rv ( 17 hours on the gen), Anyhow Jason explained what they would do and what the potential cost would be.End result they found 2 problems and a quote was given, End result they replaced a fuel line and a regulator and an oil change that wasn't in the quote and fixed 2 other problems that was created by Coachmen ( also not in the quote) that allowed for the fumes to easily enter the unit. The importance being any time we ran the generator while sleeping could have been deadly. Wife and I feel a lot better.Jason and his tech really went out of their way to diagnose and fix all problems. The end cost was a lot less than quoted. First repair shop to actually allow me to feel glad to pay the bill. I told Jason I hope to not come back, but if I do; I'll know I'll be looked out for.THANKS BIG TIMETom & Linda

Good luck getting anything ordered. Once I finally was able to get the part they sent no paperwork and no receipt. Finally charged my card two weeks later. Again received no paper work or receipt. Called to try to get a copy of the receipt accounts payable says we have no record of your purchase. You need to call the local branch. The number listed on google as my "local branch" is just an automated system that continually takes me through the same thing where I end up talking to someone else who tells me they cant help. You'd think with having an order number and my customer number they would be able to figure it out but apparently they cant. Extremely frustrating and I just hope my equipment never fails so that I do not have to deal with this company again. The saving grace is the part I ordered was at least correct. Customer service is horrible though.

Astronomically over priced parts. A part that costs 20$ online for a set of 6 costs 75$ here. Look elsewhere for parts

Well I must say, after contacting Cummins via the toll free number so they could point me the right way to become a certified service shop-they provided me with the phone number of the White bear center where today I placed the call to only get the phone menu that has no option for the operator. So in the frustration I pressed 1 with the hope that who may take the call be able to get me to the right person. This was totally useless as the person who responded had nothing to do with that location but she is at the corporate office! So now you tell me, what good is it to give out a local phone number if it doesn't take you to that one location ?!?!Either way she said she would contact them and they would call me instead, well I am not holding my breath....I can't believe or understand why such a big company like Cummins who has a reputation to maintain would play games like these. It is a lack of respect! I am a professional and I have a shop with no time to play games.

I stopped here to pick up a piece of equipment going to New Mexico and one of the managers called the broker saying I was being difficult and ripping the doors off. What a liar...I didn't remove the doors, a employee at Cummings did. Removing 4 doors is how you secure the unit. I want a apology.

Had generator in for tune up/service and paid over $1000. 2 years later brought it in again as it was having ssues. They did another maintenance service as they didn't have record of previous work. (we didn't save receipt.) Charged us another tune up/service Another $1000 plus and it acts up and won't start on several occasions. Time to go to someone else.
