This is one of the WORST places to store your vehicles. ESPECIALLY RVs! My RV was parked here and someone hit it so hard it totaled the entire RV. US storage “claims” they patrol the parking lot yet glass from the vehicle that hit my RV was literally EVERYWHERE and it was quite obvious someone hit it and ran off. I didn’t receive any notification until I went and checked on the RV. Turns out, they have security cameras but don’t keep the recording. Make that make sense. I stored my RV here thinking it would be safe. Boy how wrong I was. Please look elsewhere to store your precious belongings. I worked so hard just to purchase that RV and didn’t even get a chance to take it camping or fishing. I am so heartbroken. This place is absolutely horrible and the staff are FAR from helpful. If you store a vehicle here I recommend you put your own security cameras on it.

Just curious as to how many of Staceys friends she paid to leave these reviews? And they all mention her personally. My experience was way different! Any time I needed to discuss anything with her, she huffed and acted like it was an inconvenience to do her job. I am disabled. Requesting an accommodation (being close to an entry) was treated like it was just too much work. I am not your friend, nor am I being paid for my review. I’m pretty sure it won’t be posted for long, if it gets posted at all.

**UPDATE**I reached out as I still haven’t received my refund. Was told that I would get an email confirming that a money ordered was sent when I called on Wednesday. No email.I rented a unit from here for 5 years and always had trouble with communication from management. They are horrible about getting the lot cleared when it’s snows. They also charged me a handful of times for insurance when I had insurance and gave them that. This happened again in January and I have yet to see a refund after emptying my storage unit.

We were at the whitebear storage facility and Stacey was fantastic and helped us through the entire process and took us for a tour before making a decision.Stacey was very informative, friendly and very professional and made our first storage experience very enjoyable.Thankyou Stacey.

I needed a short term outdoor storage space for a boat and this place fit the bill. Was very easy to set up the account and make payments. Management was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Nicely maintained facility. Would use again if a storage need arises.

The climate control is awesome for keeping your things that are suceptible to excess heat or cold temperatures.Units and the building are kept clean, and plenty of light inside.Easy access.

Moving and needed a storage place last minute. It was a little confusing when I tried to book online but once I got to the location at White bear lake and met with Stacey everything was seamless! Glad to have a safe place to keep my things while in transition.

Had another great experience at US Storage in White Bear. Stacey in the office was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Been renting there almost a year and needed to downsize my unit. Stacey helped us figure out the easiest and most cost effective way to do it. Highly recommend US Storage. Easy and secure access. Reasonably priced. Assistance when you need it. Big thank you to Stacey and LouAnne for great customer service!!

Working with US Storage is so awesome! They treat you with dignity, respect and like you are family. They take the time to explain everything about the rental process. I would highly recommend using them to family and friends.
