I've been using this pharmacy for 4 years. They always look for deals without me even having to ask and have done a couple last minute refills very quickly. Always excellent, courteous service!

Had been going to cub pick for about 7 months and was at the time very impressed with the girl pulling orders. A couple of times I had done some nice things for her, as customer service can be a thankless area to work in, and I wanted her to know that she was appreciated. Tuesday I did a pick order and all of a sudden when I went to pick up my groceries this store manager came out, not the regular person, with some other guy who I know was not in grocery pick up because he did not know what to do. She put the groceries in the car and just when I was about to say Thank you she said rudely I wanna talk to you. I was like Oh Yeah? and started telling me that I was making the pick up girl uncomfortable giving her things, but very rudely then it made sense she brought this guy with her for protection??? The few times I did nice thing for this girl she never said thanks no thanks. She took them. I think she got called out on something and pointed the finger at me. I was treated like I had done something unacceptable and still have yet to hear anything back from Cub headquarters on my complaint. Do people not know how to be gracious these days?

Our two kids went here for COVID vaccination. The first shot went fine, but I am very disappointed that Cub does not let us schedule the 2nd shot and gives us zero assurance if/when they will even have more vaccine or staff. Now we are just left hanging if/when we can even get the 2nd shot.I would look elsewhere.

I've been using the Cub pickup for awhile now and love this service. Ashley has shopped for us multiple times and really knows how to deliver good service. Give her a raise!

My cashier Mikel is always so polite and sincere. I commend these employees for working on the front line of this pandemic and still able to share a smile and a kind word! The meat department employee this morning (042520) went above and beyond, offering to take my whole ham over to the deli and have it sliced for me. That is service with a smile!

Let me start off by saying this. Cub Foods in White Bear Lake is a good establishment. Good products, mostly friendly staff, and the store itself looks nice. The reason why I am writing this review is to specifically point out one employee. A manager by the name of Spencer. I frequent this location a lot and I've seen this manager many times. Almost everytime I see him, he's belittling the staff and being extremely rude to them. The last time I was in there I saw Spencer yell and freakout on a cashier causing her to walk away crying. That is unacceptable behavior. I sure hope Cub Foods does not condone this kind of management because it makes me want to go elsewhere. I work in business management now and I know that is NOT how you treat your employees. Hopefully Cub does something about this manager soon or else they won't be able to keep any employees.

This Cub Foods location is stocked with slow employees and incompetent management. In particular, the deli counter has poor customer service. Complaints about deli employees at this location can be found on its Facebook page under the Reviews section and on the internet at large with a proper search. I have experienced the terrible deli service first hand on two occassions. In both cases, the offender was a young Asian male douchebag. In the first instance, the little twerp was rude and behaved as if we as customers were an inconvenience to him. My bar is not very high for customer service expectations, when dealing with low wage workers, but this guy"s behavior was just unacceptable. On my most recent interaction, the little panty waste completely ignored me and my wife at the deli counter, instead pretending to be busy doing some make believe task. When I suggested that he assist us, he ignored me. See the included pictures. This time, I decided to speak with the store manager, who was almost impossible to locate. Turns out the store manager was completely indifferent to the behavior of incompetent and lazy Cub Foods employees. In the digital age, we do not just accept rude behavior and unprofessional management. In the digital age, we return to the store and live stream our interactions with lazy employees and conversations with lousy managers across social media. This is how we take our business and our money and our auduence's business and our audience's money to establishments who want and appreciate it.
