You can't be all "Love my Cub" and then take the people away! Then it's just a warehouse w/ food, so I may as well order from Amazon. I resent having to learn that ginger is under "root" and not in "fruits and vegetables." You've always hired the best people so hire more of them! The customer-forward folks should make the most as they make your "brand" not you ad agency. Kudos to the lovely lady who helped me do her old job in the self-checkout. It must be so insulting to have to teach a bunch of disinterested harried shoppers how to do what you've mastered and should be doing for them!

Having elementary school kids swarm you and beg for money when you are trying to bag your groceries makes for a bad experience. I won't be back to this store.

Got their chicken today for a party and it was delicious. Reasonably priced as well. 80 pieces, mixed, for $114.00. Not a piece left.

I have lived near this location for 16 years and it's continued to be a terrible store. Produce is sketchy, prices are not competitive and the people who shop here are often in their pajamas, abandoning their carts in the middle of the isle or shaving their legs in the bathroom sink. I hate this place.

This is my go-to grocery store. The Cub employees are very friendly and always helpful. I like that some live in my neighborhood so it feels like family there.

I had a great cashier tonight at this store. He had great customer service skills, even to my 10 mo old. We need more people like him in our world. His name is Arvel. Keep up the good work!! Thank you for your service!

This is my favorite cub foods,it's nice, quiet, nice area,no crime unlike the ghetto cub foods n Minneapolis and couple n st Paul, just being honest. The staff here at hwy 96 are nice, foods always fresh, the specials are always on point, just a great shopping experience. Highly recommended.

They are old by Kowalski's. With great selection of high quality foods. Very large produce selection. Better than Kowalski's on 96 and Byerly's across the street.

Had a great experience with the manager's and customer service team there - Sean, Steve, Aaron, Colin and I'm sure more. They are customer-focused and great people!

They sat they honor sale prices, but they don't. You buy something on Wednesday and it goes on sale Thursday. They will not honor the difference or return it. You are out of luck. I wouldnotrecommend shopping here. Their policy's always been within 7 days if it goes on sale you get the difference, but Not any more. This is not the first time they have messed up on things

Great shopping grocery store. Very busy store.. They have a great deli hot and ready, as well as cold foods. Bakery is excellent everything is fresh and nothing expired dates. Fresh and clean.

Their bakery never seems to have chocolate cake with whipped frosting on hand anymore. They have marble and white cake with both buttercream and whipped frosting options on hand. I guess if you want it then you need to special order it but you would think with how good it is then they would have it on hand. Twice in a row now my cake experience has been ruined. People always compliment at parties how good the chocolate cake with whipped frosting is so it is popular enough to have on hand.

Some cashiers are ok, but one of the cashiers who have gray hair and put her hair back in a ponytail is very snotty and very rude to customers and she rolled her eyes to customers and I sure hope HR reads this because they are doing a terrible job at hiring the wrong people at cub. I try to be very nice, but the hr needs to do better to train their employees better.

Are the zero stars available? There was hardly anyone in the store but when I see one person they seem to want to walk right up to me and block my path. I wanted cornish game hen for dinner but I had a really bad toothache, it was killing me. I spent a couple minutes looking through the aisle for some pain relief and better fluoride toothpaste. As I look around me bundles of employees seem to be swarming near my area. I finally choose something and walk around while employees seem to be giving me the side eye. I saw at least 5 of them pretending to be busy while keeping track of me. I pay quickly and leave. Strangest thing when I walk out the store I see a security guard standing by the doorway as I am going to my car. I immediately apply the Orajel to my tooth and I drive by the entryway, the security guard seemed to be giving me the side eye and as I drove off he walked back into the building. This is the strangest case of stalking customers I have ever seen! So awkward I had to write this!

Today Cub reaffirmed my reasons again for not shopping there. Went to get a gallon of 1% milk and a few bananas. All the bananas were so green that they wouldn’t be ripe enough to eat for a week and high priced. So I skipped the bananas and went for the milk cooler. Guess what - no 1% milk. Also their posted price for Cub labeled milk is $1.20 a gallon more than at Walmart. Why can’t they match the Walmart price? They both come from the same creamery (creamery code 27-168 which is Kemps Inc. Minneapolis). Needless to say I left disgusted and drove the extra mile to Walmart where I found the milk well stocked and a variety of bananas ($0.47/Lb) to choose from.
