Every time I work in Minnesota I always find myself in this particular area and as a result frequent this Cub location. Out of all the Cubs Foods I've been to I will say that this one is my favorite. Their produce is always on-point and I find more specialty products here--like the liquefied herbs to make for a quicker homemade meal. The bakery is always freshly stocked. I highly recommend the Chantilly cake if you're into sweets that are not completely overrun with sugar. The flowers are always in good condition, too, if you're looking to gift them or spruce up your own space on a budget. They've had specials on the bouquets there every time I've been in. Love it! The staff is always really helpful, too.

Bought baby formula at this location Customer service said cant refund baby formulas when other cub food refund baby formulas. Not coming to this location no more

Used to be my cub, the place I shopped most often. That is until I stopped in after work on Tuesday night around 1145pm. I stopped for bottled water.
I went through self checkout. Was barely anyone in the store. I tried to buy a box of matches, machine requested an attendant. Wanted to scan my ID for matches. I said no. So he took the matches and walked away. I just left the cart and walked away upset. I thought my money was good every where I go.
Not going to shop anywhere I am mistreated. You don't need an ID for matches, let alone let someone scan your ID into a database.
Ps they are free at quick trip.
Should reprimand or fire that attendant.

If I could leave no stars I would there was 4staff up front watching me nd my siblings ring up and the staff Jason was very rude nd he was look at our screen through his side of the computer he was being very rude nd disgusting with his attitude I’m a woman of color so r my siblings I would not be returning

Please please advertise on your sale items/ deals that you NEED to be a Cub Member to get those promotions.
In the past the sale/ deal price did not require you to be a Cub Member but now according to the employees you need the membership.
On top of that the employees cannot tell you how to sign up for this membership.
4 starts only because they are open late.

Prime location, 24 hours. Right next to Speedway Gas Station and Starbucks. Planet fitness is next door and Culver's is across the street. Also right next to interstate 694. Traffic can be a high at times. Just need to be careful.Otherwise it's a great location with a lot of stuff near it and easy access to the freeway. Usually not busy so lines are short and fast to get in and out.

I came to redeem my WIC items and I was having issue with my WIC card scanning because the stripe has gone bad. I asked some of the people I know who have WIC and their stripe on their card has gone bad, said that the manager can help bypass and enter your card number in so you can redeem your items. Seems like the manager and cashier didn’t want to help us solve the issue and just wanted us out of the store ASAP, because it was getting late. But this store is open 24 hours. So much for being opened 24 hours. I won’t be coming here again. Horrible customer service.

I was shopping at the store and a worker walked up and was very rude, and yelled at me while I was looking in the cookie aisle. He also shoved past the people I was with to move around the items I was looking at. He ripped the cookies I was holding out of my hand just to put them back on the shelf. I get not wanting the shelves messed up, but I wasn't even messing them up. I've never been chastised like that while shopping at Cub Foods. Respectfully I won't be returning.

Very difficult to use rewards now at store. I never can get the prices reflected in store. I'm shopping hyvee indefinitely. Apparently my account isn't associated with the phone number. Why is it so difficult to get advertised prices? What a joke.

Great customer service and they are always willing to help even though they are busy at times! Some of their produces are older than other Cub Foods location, but I highly recommend this place.
