5 hours at the dealership is rough. Joleen, Leon, and Ragy were all great help and I left with a vehicle that will work for me. I am disappointed I didn't get to pick a vehicle however I am pleased that I was able to qualify for anything instead of leaving in a car that was dangerous. This is my 2nd time at this location and I would recommend this team.

We got amazing vehicles, they worked very hard to keep our monthly payment in our budget, they stayed late to finalize the sale, and they were awesome and easy to work with. I would 10 out of 10 recommend.

Bought my 2016 Kia Optima as is, but it wasn't until the next morning that I turned on the AC on high, only to discover that the air conditioner makes a VERY loud humming sound on the top 3 positions. Not happy this information wasn't disclosed to me before I finalized the purchase. But, overall, I was okay with the process.

Nick, our sales person, was very friendly, energetic, and knowledgeable. If Nick didn’t know the answer to our question, he immediately asked someone that did know the answer. He made the entire experience enjoyable & painless. The entire staff we meet at Barnett were just like Nick!

Our sales guy Dan was so very nice hardworking funny and patient while trying to find the car we wanted. Juggling pricing with finance guy was somewhat disturbing not a lot of movement with pricing trade etc but followed Kia’s rules as possible Chris the actually finance guy loved to talk and seemed to have to try and accomplish his job to sum up everything once from paper to computer then to IPad to the bank longer than expected but over all experience was great!

This was my first time buying a car and I was expecting it to be more fun and exciting, however, all the people I worked with seemed bored. Also, I bought a used car and it wasn't detailed before I got it. The back truck had dog hair and stains I had to carpet clean myself and I have found French fries and glitter in the back seats!!!

I took my car in to you guys twice to figure out the issue with my AC. I was charged $400, then another time i was charged $200 to fix the same issue only a few days later. I was quoted $2000 to pay additonally for a problem that was incorrectly diagnosed. I went to another mechanic and was only quoted $500. To fix the issues. Not sure what is going on over there but i have little trust in your company at this point.
