Everyone was very professional and courteous. There was no pressure in the buying process. We ended up with a fair price and they pointed us to additional rebates that we were unaware of. Post sale support has been prompt and Jolene our sales person called a couple days later to see if we had any questions.

Michael was great to work with while shopping and buying for a vehicle at Barnett. We went in looking at one type of vehicle and when he heard what we liked and needed out of a vehicle he suggested a different type and it definently checked all the boxes and more within our budget.

I must say, that I had my best car purchasing experience ever at Barnett, Chrysler, and Jeep. The staff were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Jesus was an awesome salesperson. I really appreciate his help throughout the process. We even met Mr. Barnett and he was super nice with a great handshake. All and all my best car purchasing experience by far.

This has to be the worst car dealership ever. They sold me a 2024 jeep grand Cherokee that is horrible to drive. I gotten this vehicle for my 21 birthday and it has so much issues, from the radio to the dashboard just going black so I can’t view the gas or the speedometer. Not only that Kris from the service department has to be the rudest person ever. The sales people changed their tones when I started to tell them the issues the car has. If ur looking for a car go somewhere else that respects you. And if you are a person of color or a woman do not come to this dealership.
