Autonation always goes out of their way on customer service. I was very pleased with my Appointment everything went without a hitch! Dean was very helpful and made sure service was top notch in quick lane, much appreciated.

Worse customer service EVER! If you want any service done here, I suggest you to find another ford dealership or reliable resource out there. I dropped my car there ever since Friday and today is now Wednesday. No call or updates on my car. I don't even know if my car is even safe there. Very poor communications.

Awful service. They had my truck for 4 days. They didn't know it was there, what was wrong with it or who was supposed to service it. I got one lie after another from the service department. Pat Rawn, Service Director took me on a test drive and told me this is just the way old trucks drive. Took to another dealership out of state and found out the steering shaft was binding and THIS IS NOT HOW OLD TRUCKS DRIVE. The staff here needs to rethink their career choices if they cannot make a very simple diagnosis.

I cannot express strong enough how impressed and astonished I am with the dealership. Not only did they found us the car we wanted but there follow thru was amazing. Most dealerships dismiss you once the car is sold - but not them. Any problem you may have with your car - they will go over and beyond the call of duty to ensure the customer is happy and extremely supported.

Really poor experience selling a vehicle at AutoNation Ford in White Bear. Acquisition & legal manager tries to talk fast, but seems to have a poor grasp of the essentials, based on our experience. It is costing us $700 in filing and legal fees to undo the mistakes he made. Think twice before stopping here - CarMax Maplewood is right down the street and there is a reason this place is 2/5 stars on Yelp.

Brought are truck in to the service department on fleet side. truck had intermittont issues do to water penitrating the wiring harness. first go around I was told they where unable to locate a harness. so the only option was to wait till spring or let them splice in to the harness with a new pins. I gave them the the Ok becuase I needed this truck back. Then they said it was the engine computer, and then the fuel pump. went to get it and it didn't make it out of the lot. with a $3700 dollar bill they said they would make it wright. 2 weeks later they call me and say it needs a new engine harness the same harness they suppsidly fixed, and could get a new Harness. but could not give me a hourly rate becuase apparently no one at ford has ever put in a engine harness in a truck. Thet charged me anouther $3300 dollars to a total of $7,100 to fix the same issue I would of never let them splice the harness if I new we could get another one, and they cut my uhf cable (Digital shop radio Cable) and tride a shoty repair insted of replacing it. I ended up havig to replace it on my own.Beware I am a Shop manager at a heavy equipment company. My 1940s shop looks like a brand new shop to theres. they try and short cut to save you money. but it ends up costing you alot more!

I bought the premium service which included full inspection and tire rotation with synthetic oil. I specifically asked before they even started that an OEM filter was going to used, and I was assured it was. So after paying almost $180.00 for the service I asked again when I was reading over the bill about the filter. She was assuring me that it was OEM. It was January 18 and cold so I didn't check when I got my truck back, bad mistake. A day later I had to look, well it was not OEM. I have tried multiple times to try to reach someone about this. Not one call back and now I'm leaving this. Well lesson learned, I have already made an appointment at New Brighton Ford. STAY AWAY FROM HERE.Services: Oil change

Was out in below zero weather when I noticed my rear tire was flat. After stopping at 6 different gas stations and not being able to find a working air pump I decided to stop at QuickLane white bear and though I thought it was a far cry, they brought me right in and filled my tire and checked the rest of my tires !

courteous and professional car repair on my Ford Escape yesterday. very happy with their work, and I was out of there in under an hour! no upselling or finding things wrong that weren't what I brought the car in for.

Sold us a car with knowing it had an unrepaired, recalled part. We were not made aware. We only found out after the transmission gave out 4k miles after purchase. They would not respond to our complaints and clearly the BBB was an absolute waste of time.

I'd give 0 stars if it were an option. My husband and I were in the store two nights ago and purchased a truck from Autonation Chev in Greenacres, FL (via our location). We were told by the manager, Colton, that he had confirmation from the FL location that the truck was available for purchase. My husband did all the purchase and financing paperwork, including paying $1600 to have the truck trailered up from Florida, only to be called this morning (2 days later) and told the truck was actually sold to someone else yesterday. We have just been waiting on the truck- literally everything we needed to do to purchase was done. We thought we owned this truck. I called the Autonation Chev store in Greenacres to see what the deal was and spoke to the salesman who sold it. He had a different story- stating he let our store in White Bear Lake, MN know that he already had a deposit down on the truck and that it was NOT available when they asked. So they sold us a truck that was already sold. HOW THIS CAN HAPPEN IS BEYOND ME. Our salesperson Ryan Wegscheider was great and we have no complaints about him.
