It's not racists because I'm muilitracial Disablied woman when in 1993 was blamed for a arson fire ?? that was done by Gail Avolos and she found guilty and I had to plead guilty to the second degree arson and I never repeated it. But you denied me but I'm not playing victim of the denial of my application for it. And you told me a tenant made a derogatory remarks about me and your evicted the person. Thank you for that. Chew out Lucinda GERVER about you don't allowed a tenants causes problems with others tenant.”
“I was pleasantly surprised how much I liked the layout and condition of my 1 bedroom apartment. I also was very pleased with how well the building manager did his job. He was friendly, respectful, competent, and thorough. There are always a few tenants who present challenges to management and to the other tenants and this manager dealt with them consistently and fairly.”

“In the time that I did live here I never had any issues. The management and care takers were always on point and helpful. The tenants appear to be friendly and the kids seem to play out together without any issues. Parking is great! I think the only issue I had was moving in furniture; the hallways are a bit tight. But overall I was a happy camper.”

She was absolutely delightful to work with answered every single question that I had and made sure that I was getting into the apartment that would best suit me and my children. They have really went above and beyond to try to create a better environment for this apartment and I can tell that they have done a ton of work on the apartment. “I had the benefit of being at the Barnum when it first opened and I recently just moved out. I will preface my comments by saying this: It is apartment living, so if you are hoping for zero noise and zero issues. You might be better off buying a house in the country.(But good luck with interest rates).With all of that being said, The Barnum was a great place to live. The management and maintenance staff were honest, available and attentive. I felt a great sense of community there, and I'm not a super social person. Anywhere you live is gonna have some drama but nothing ever happened that made me consider moving out. All issues were handled in a timely manner, and the break-ins that happened were handle as best as possible.I would recommend moving to The Barnum if you are being realistic about what it is. It's an apartment complex, it's not senior living. So don't expect silence after 9pm on a Saturday. But if you are looking for a great apartment in a nice location with a good sense of community. The Barnum is a good choice.”
