I went in Xfinity today on Robert st in west Saint Paul to pick up some SIM cards and hopefully get my service activated. I’m not sure on the proper terms or how to address people with these pronouns but please forgive me if I make any mistakes, idk and I didn’t want to offend this person if I asked. But I will assume it was a younger woman who helped me and I LOVED her whole vibe!!! Not afraid to live in her truth, very helpful and informative! I wanted to say “girl let’s go get a drink” LOL love the energy! Give her a raise !!!! Make her employee of the year, with a higher position! And keep her as an employee!! If this store was ever on undercover boss, just pay for this girl a vacation trip around the world with her family. Buy her a new car and a new house! Shes NEEDED!! ❤️

This store is terrible. They messed up a phone trade in and I went over 5 months without getting the credit. Finally got the issue resolved when I went to an actual Xfinity store instead whatever this branded affiliate is. I would avoid this store at all costs and go to an actual Xfinity store as opposed to whatever this affiliate is.

Bad service right off. Took people who came in after us. Fine. But even the manager joked about not helping anyone because he's done his due diligence. Cool. But when the store is full of customers like myself. And 6 others and both employees are helping people. A good leader/ manager is going to continue due diligence and help customers instead of having them walk out. Like myself. Rather drive to other side of the cities for better customer service in Roseville. This location in West stop is always B's and has never been helpful.Needs anew management

Manager is unhelpful and unwilling - spend your time somewhere else. What sucks is that we walked into the Eagan Store and they got us what we needed in 2 mins. We're from this store's neighborhood and we'd just like the courteousy of your help. We just needed to know how to change the pin for a Voice account.

We had a horrible experience at this store. We wanted to switch our phone service from AT&T to bundle it with TV and internet. The store associates, along with the store manager, were very incompetent. They literally screwed up our account so that we couldn’t get the phones switched over. They sent us to AT&T who could do nothing for us. My husband then spent over an hour on the phone with tech support (India) and still couldn’t get his phone to work. The SIM cards that Xfinity sent did not match what they had in their system. We refused to go back to the West St Paul store and instead went to the Eagan store. Jasmine, the store associate, was able to get our phones working in less than 30 minutes! My advice is to go to the Eagan store, or any other store for that matter, and avoid the West St Paul store entirely. It literally took over a month to get our phones switched!

High pressure sales, only focused on bundles and new plans. Extremely slow service

My experience with this store was extremely frustrating. First, there were no signs about needing to check in with someone, and the lady checking people in kept disappearing into the back room. This meant that only some people were getting checked in, and several of us were getting skipped because we were unaware there was a check in process.Second, there were 4 employees in the store, but only 2 were actually helping customers. The lady who appeared to be the manager seemed to literally just be micromanaging the person checking in others with an iPad. It seemed that all 4 people could have been assisting customers to make the long line move faster.I ended up waiting close to an hour just to return equipment. During that time, rude people continued to cut in front of several of us who had been patiently waiting, and the employees were too stressed to even say anything. They just let it happen - probably because they’d already been yelled at enough by others who’d had it with this terrible business and didn’t want to be yelled at more by these pushy entitled people. It took over an hour for me to return equipment for my grandmother’s deceased friend.Honestly, I left feeling annoyed and irritated for the two male employees who appeared to be doing all the work. I personally won’t come back to this location unless I literally don’t have another option.

Was supposed to pick up a new modem from the store. Hours were until 8pm. Arrived at 7:15 and the store was closed. Now I have no internet for work tomorrow. Super. As a new customer of Xfinity, not a great experience. Add to that that it too 20+ minutes to actually speak to a real person and I can say I’m underwhelmed.

One of your employees driving an Xfinity truck tried to hit my vehicle all because I made him wait 2 seconds before I made a left turn at a stop sign. This happened on Commerce Drive in Woodbury MN on Monday January 23rd around 4:10PM. He performed an illegal maneuver by swerving right in front of me while laying down his horn the entire time.I’ve already involved the Woodbury police department to hold that employee accountable for endangering my life, but without a license plate number they can’t do much. The driver was a white guy with a large beard. The Woodbury PD followed up with the Xfinity store on commerce DR but it wasn’t one of their guys. You need to come forward with the name of that employee
