I realize during Covid that there should be limited access to the inside of the building, but having drive through banking only is a disaster. I was stuck on Lothenbach ave, trying to turn left into the parking lot, but with cars backed up by the DT tellers there was no place to go. As a result the cars behind me ended up blocking Robert Street. This is a horribly dangerous situation. Something needs to be changed. This seems like a daily occurrence as well. So far I have been in line 30 minutes with 3 more cars to go. I enjoy banking with Wells Fargo but I won't be coming back till post covid. Alexander'sdvgddv

I first opened an account with Wells Fargo when it was a no-name local bank in the San Francisco Bay area in 1973. We had good luck with them even when we were poor as church mice and our $1575 loan for a Honda Civic was a major thing to get (payments of $75/month or so which was very hard to do). We knew our branch manager quite well and he took a major interest in making sure we got the loan. We opened an account with the West St Paul Robert Street branch in 2016 but then last years scandals associated with Wells Fargo prompted us to move 1/2 of our savings to another bank. The newest 401K scandal has me very, very nervous. The Robert Street Wells Fargo Bank doesn't even have safety deposit boxes!! That really bothers me. In addition we had a Gold account that was supposed to be permanent and last forever when we signed up in the 80's....well....Wells Fargo eliminated all Gold accounts starting this month (April 2018) and moved us to a much less advantageous account without many of the perks we enjoyed under the Gold Account - and worst of all they did this without telling us!! So after 45 years I am looking for a 2nd bank to move my remaining funds to and cancel my Wells Fargo account.

I cannot believe the level of unfairness and abuse as evidenced by the Wells Fargo Credit Card policies. Do you know that Wells Fargo has a policy that is rigidly enforced that states that the original interest rate given to you when you first apply for their credit card is the interest rate that you will have forever! I have had three years of perfect management of my credit card, and my credit rating which has gone up substantially, and when I called them up multiple times,to try and get my interest rate lowered, they told me that I cannot request a review of my credit rate. i applied for this credit card at this bank on Robert Street. Their rigid policy says that I am stuck with an extremely high interest rate, 27.24 % for the life of the card! This is insanely abusive and unfair. I keep the balance at zero or near zero constantly. Please do not bank with Wells Fargo. Do not apply for a credit card with them. Their attitude towards their customers is still inflexible, and bordering on the criminal. I am starting a campaign against them. Please pass this along.

I have loved WF for a long time, mainly because of the capability they give by never really having to go to a branch. I recently got married and absolutely had to go to branch to file the name change. I just want to compliment on the girl who helped me, Bai Xiong. She was beyond accommodating and professional. I honestly will only go to her now when I have to go into a branch. She made me feel so comfortable even asking to see my wedding pics. Made me feel like much more than just a customer. I truly felt valued. I hope management acknowledges her value as she is a superb representation of your company. Reps like Bai are the reason people become long time customers.

Went to Wells Fargo today I must say I had a great experience. A young lady her name was Kala went out of her way to help me through my issues. I would recommend this branch because it is full of friendly hard working people like this young lady. I hope she is being recognized for her dedication to customers and service.
