Dear Walgreens, I'm breaking up with you. I have finally found a more caring pharmacy that treats me AND THEIR EMPLOYEES right. We've stayed together far too long and I can't take it anymore. You're let yourself go and your customers down. Your store's are too florescent and dingy under the surface. Corners of the floor are showing years of grime and tiles pulled up, shelves are beaten and worn. You've shut down most of the 24 hour stores and offer no after hours help. But the main reason is how terribly you treat your employees. I am wracked with empathy and guilt when I get my meds and I'm over it. You've monopolized the industry for far too long. This is good bye and I hope I never have to depend on you again!

Horrible customer service. Im sure other people who go here will agree that the tech thats been at walgreens lately is terrible. this young snotty kid will do whatever they can to make my life difficult. Plus just pretending to look for something on the phone and then just going silent and walking away is really immature. Funny how once they saw who i was i immediatly didnt get help. Discrimination isn't cool and People need their medicine, so if you want to pick and choose who you can be helpful for go work somewhere that isn't such a big issue. Going to talk to a new walgreens next if I can ever even get helped! Looks like I need to just rely on a diff pharmacy to transfer it but I've had issues doing that in the past. This kid needs to shape up!

Five stars for Xenia (so?) only. There was another fellow there that I went to grab the photos from and he told me that he couldn’t ring me out at the photo counter for my pictures, fine except that the line at the cash register was 5 people deep and he wasn’t jumping in to help. He went to the register and started to ring me out and wasn’t able to apply my $5 in rewards? He seemed dressed as the MOD, but couldn’t figure out how to do that or tell me how to redeem them through the app. Xeng was very helpful and at least got some of my rewards to pull up and went all the way with his customer service. I hope to see him again.

They say open till 11pm but they lock the doors at 1030pm maybe you should change your hours instead of people thinking you are still open.. plus the guy moping was so rude and I been coming here for years what a shame

The store manager here is pretty rude. I understand that the store shipment needs to be put away, and I understand that the employees are busy, but I don't appreciate being shrugged off if I ask for help finding something.

Caring compassionate staff that don't put their patients' lives in jeopardy. Finally found a Walgreens where I am treated like a human being, also a location where employees have never stolen my medication (over the last couple years at other locations, they often skim a week or so off the top of my anxiety medicine, I have to count every pill before I walk away from the counter and ask that a staff member watch - it's that bad). The Pharmacists are knowledgeable and kind. All the pharmacy staff are able to answer my questions and use the Walgreen's system without issue whenever I call about anything. Really appreciate all of this. Thanks for your professionalism at this location. The only Walgreens I'll ever go to in the Twin Cities again, even if it's really far out of the way for me. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Stopped back in for a price adjustment. I was overcharged on three items. Carrie, the shift lead was extremely rude. Walked away without acknowledging or listening to my concerns. Rude!

Liden was my helper at the pharmacy, when above the call of duty to help me and everyone after me.Also the store in Robert Street in Saint Paul is super clean.

I am SO TIRED.. of calling to check on my prescription, being told they'll have it ready to pick up the next day, only for them to say JUST KIDDING its out of stock!!! Why wasnt i told that YESTERDAY when I called then? I swear to God every single time I call to check my prescription status.. I will get a different answer depending on who answers the phone. Would it really be that difficult to look it up, and MAKE SURE YOU HAVE IT before telling me it will be ready tomorrow, while simultaneously giving me 15 different answers about why its not ready yet. I hate this place so much, they're constantly out of stock and never have an answer as to when it will be back in stock, leaving me without medication indefinitely. It's absolutely ridiculous that nobody is ever on the same page, they will just tell you whatever without checking to make sure it's actually correct, and then hang up on you... when you're tired of being lied to and finally get mad about it. This happens every single month like clockwork, and the pharmacist is so RUDE and indignant when they are CONSTANTLY giving out wrong, incorrect, or blatantly FALSE information about the status of a prescription.

They do bare minimum! Went there because they had something in stock drove from Eagan for the dude to tell me yeah if we have iylt it's in a box waiting to be put out asked if he could grab it he said no its up high on a shelf laziness at its finest. So went to Rice Street in Roseville they even held them for me

Rude person at photo department. Long story short: the photo was crooked in the frame the first time. He tried to fix it but the margin on right was much bigger than the left margin. When pointed it bout he got frustrated and said he could refund me if I had a physical receipt. When you order a photo frame online for $54.99 you expect that the photo is centered. At the end, he refunded me, but with an attitude and was very rude. Also despite me having my email receipt and the order number, he said he could only get a store credit because I didn't have the paper receipt. I agreed but he managed to find it with my credit card number. I wanted a framed photo of my cat. Now I have to start all over again and order elsewhere. Never in this branch again.

I was an employee at the pharmacy and for the 2 months of being there it was okay the staff were very welcoming at first but the more time I spent there the more unprofessional it got everyone there talks about their co workers behind their backs I felt as if I was getting treated differently by me being a black girl.there was a lot of drama going on very unexpected given the fact that everyone there is adults

they definitely use some kind of phone jammer so employees and customers can’t use devices while on the property. In the store I couldn’t do anything, every call was instantly dropped and my phone is saying no service ? Every single time I come in this happens. I never have this problem with my phone and when I was in the parking lot it still didn’t work.What kind of business jams phone service?! y’all need to get it together!!
