Dropped off a prescription and they lost it. Augustine was not helpful and unprofessional. He told my elderly mother her tone was contradicting as if she was lying about dropping off the prescription late Friday. Now we have to wait until Monday to see if the guy working on Friday finds the prescription on Monday. What a JOKE.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I imagine the elderly are dying if they are waiting for meds from this location. I have tried to reach the pharmacy 3 days in a row, each time hanging up after waiting for 35minutes. I'm currently on hold for my 4th time and approaching 25min with 3 calls ahead of me. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere other than this location. What a nightmare this place is.

The pharmacy staff and cashiers seem decent enough, but the pharmacist is barely competent (he regularly neglects to order medications, causing them to be out of stock) and he treats the techs like garbage in full view of customers. Between the app, website, and automated phone system, I'm ready to tear out my hair every time I need to order meds or contact the store for any reason.Go here if you need vaccinations or aspirin or something, but find another pharmacy for prescriptions.

It is a pharmacy and Retail Store. You are supposed to expect anything extraordinary except for the normality of it. What makes me really mad about tonight is although both cashiers were very sweet and personable neither were wearing a mask correctly add them below their nose. Five out of the six customers I saw also had their masks below their nose and one gentleman Strait of wasn't even wearing his. Considering we are going through the most massive surge of cases currently all of this is completely unacceptable and you need to get control over your store.

I actually like this place and the staff, but their automated system is a nightmare. Had to ask for them to disconnect my phone number from the account so it would stop the constant calls.

24 hour Walgreens.... so glad it is 24 hours when I need it. But customer service because of being understaffed is terrible you can usually watch the pharmacists literally jog around the pharmacy because he is so behind expect a 10 minute wait (at least) when you go to pick anything up. Walgreens staff your stores !
