Jackson Jobeun was great. He went above and beyond to assist us with our issue. I recommend Jackson. Keep up the good work. Wonderful customer service.

I dont expect good customer service from any company anymore, but my experience here today was truly awful. I guess now employees think its fine to be rude, condescending and argumentative and with customers over what they want and need. Ended up walking out. Have never experienced anything this bad. Congrats at being the worst, Verizon!

Needed a new phone due to mine not charging properly anymore. Went in with some understanding of what I wanted and offers provided by Verizon. I was lucky to get Gabriela as my salesperson. She worked hard on understanding what I needed, what offers were available for me, and making it all happen and make sense. I often feel like these places are smarmy but I am quite happy with this experience, and particularity by the service provided.

The West ST Paul Verizon used to be one of the Best Verizon Stores. NOW, the worst of the worst. Not helpful, not user friendly. Reason enough to drop Verizon service all together.

Keep your eyes on Verizon. Or they'll screw you for every penny you haven't even got. Located right next to one of my favourite tanning salons, right next to an LA Fitness, and if you're having phone issues like I was in Minneapolis pretty much the whole time I was there, you can stop by here and ask for some help or buy some overpriced accessories. They're pretty friendly and didn't seem to mind when I didn't want to buy the things that they were offering me.

Not only is Verizon a terrible company, this store location was also. After terrible service received and spending hours on the phone trying to correct problems I was having with my device and billing, I came to this store on Robert St. While there I had both a store associate named Amanda and a manager, named Alex speak to me very, condescendingly. I expressed my frustration to them, and the manager, Alex went on to say in a loud, rude manner "Do you want me to help you or not!?". This was said in a tone suggesting he is doing me a favor. I would not recommend Verizon to anyone due to terrible customer service. I have since switched to T-Mobile, and am very happy with customer service and cell service, and at less cost.

I've been to this verizon store to start my plan and several other times and always have had great service. Jess has helped me twice when I've had phone problems and has made the experience less stressful and she is always very nice. I'd recommend this crew to anyone looking for help with their service or phone.

The good things I can say about this store are that it's well located, very nice inside, and has a great selection of merchandise. I went in on a Saturday afternoon and it was extremely busy. The manager, Carlos, was very friendly and helpful - he asked me what I needed, put my name and phone number in the queue on his Ipad, and told me it would be about an hour before someone could help me. Not to worry; I had other errands to run, which I did, and got back to the store just as my number came up. This is where the experience got bad. I went in there to pick up a new Iphone 5S, and I knew exactly what I wanted - phone and plan - I researched this all in advance, and said so. I get that I'm middle-age and not a hip college kid, but the saleslady who "helped" me seemed to think this meant it was necessary to ask a bunch of questions to make SURE that I really knew what I wanted. Finally satisfied that I actually had a clue, she disappeared to get the phone, and also came back with an armload of optional accessories, and I got the hard sell on every one of them, and this extended to the data plan as well. A few snippets from our conversation: Her, after I told her I didn't want to add insurance to my monthly plan: "A $600 phone and no insurance. Ooooookaaaayyyyyy..." Shaking her head at the same time. Her, after I told her that I didn't need a huge monthly data plan, because I was using the phone primarily for business applications, and wasn't going to be streaming a bunch of video or music: "Are you sure you really need an Iphone?" She implied that I was foolish for not wanting to buy one of the optional protective cases for the phone. The woman was just insulting, and if I wasn't in such a hurry to get the phone, I would have just walked out. I came within a hairsbreadth of asking the manager to place me with another salesperson. In the end, I just gritted my teeth, got what I needed, and fled the place. I would never come back here. I've been a Verizon customer since this company was known as Airtouch Cellular, back in the 90's, and have never been treated with such disrespect and disdain by their reps or in their stores. As a businessperson myself, I'm aghast that someone would hire such an ill-bred, ill-mannered, unprofessional salesperson.
