I wish I could give zero stars. Worst experience I've ever had with a US Bank location. Tried emailing and leaving voicemails, nobody ever got back to me. Went in for an appointment, didn't know what forms we needed because nobody answered calls. Needed to set up a minor account exactly like our other child, they set it up wrong and refused to reimburse us the monthly fees that we Had because they set it up wrong.

Second time this week the ATM doesn’t do deposits. Can someone fix this machine? I tried at 00:27, so either it doesn’t work at this time or I’m not sure. I’ve been able to deposit at this time before.

I was visiting family for Christmas and stopped in the usbank branch in West St. Paul. I do not have an active account, but the cashier accommodated my request and was very friendly and professional!

Probably the longest I've waited to depot some money †stood in line for 15 minuets while all the tellers were "busy" serving the drive-through customers. Still waiting first in line while writing this review. Avoid this branch at all cost

It's ridiculous how, every Saturday morning, this US Bank branch only ever has 2 tellers to serve the super-long line inside the bank, and just 1 teller to serve the drive thru. The very nice tellers are swamped, and I've seem SO many customers just turn around and walk out after seeing how backed up the lines are. It's been this way for years, and I'm SO tired of how consumer-unfriendly that is! Wells Fargo just down the block has 8-10 tellers to handle their lines on Saturdays. I hate to say it, but I'm transferring to Wells Fargo.

I love the community feel at my wsp bank. The staff is always very kind and helpful. Thankfully I've not had a situation where I need to rush out, timeliness has never been a problem for me.

Terrible branch. Every time I go in I end up waiting in line forever. Have stood and waited for 15 minutes while 3-4 workers stand around and talk about clothing, etc. Worked with bankers who have no experience and no clue what they are doing. Starting my business checking I went through 3 bankers because they all were incompetent. Terrible service. Take the time to go elsewhere.
