Steer clear of this location and company. I was offered service at inflated prices but billed as discounts from my military service. This deceptive practice should be illegal as I have found T-Mobile to be overpriced and the network is terrible. I live next to a tower and my calls drop all of the time. After I was told to go to this store by a T-Mobile representative to unlock my phone, I was rudely pushed away with no solution. Typical one hand of the company not knowing what the other hand is doing. If you’re military or a Veteran, I woukd steer clear of this company. But also, if toy are from St. Paul, I’d choose a different store because the staff at this location are rude and offer no assistance. I’ve never felt so rejected or abandoned by a company whom I’ve paid $1000s to. Trust me, they only want to sell phones and take your money. They do not want to offer any help after they have your money. Be safe, find a reputable company that helps its customers.

It’s a busy location I understand but maybe this billion dollar company can do something to accommodate guest so that we can get in and out and not have to spend 2 hours waiting just to pay a bill, maybe a kiosk we can put our phone number and pay our bill not have to wait in line for hours it’s stressful everyone can’t pay over the phone all the time

Sat and waited forever. There was a ton of employees in the back room but not enough employees in front. They had the Hispanic music blaring so loud all in Spanish. I couldn't understand a word. I thought I was in America? I finally could not even stand it anymore with that music and the long wait. So I ended up leaving. I will never go back to this location.

The Manager Jeff really helped me with my phone I eventually had to get a new one but he was so patient and understanding and got me and my Daughter great phones so Grateful

T-mobile robbed me… I paid my bill and then two days later they cut my service. I went in and they said they can see I paid my bill but that “something” happened to my money and that that can’t see what… and the only way for me to get service is to pay my bill a second time and just eat the loss.. no thank you. Filing a complaint with the state of MN.

Got a new phone a couple weeks ago and was having issues with the screen shield. Went in and the staff swapped it out no problem. In fact they went through three different screen protectors before they got it just right and they were friendly and helpful and patient the whole way through. Great staff!

Fast efficient service. And these guys are very busy so be prepared for a short wait to see someone. Once you get to them, boy do they know their stuff and how to move you along

One of our Verizon phones stopped working and we could not get a phone call from Verizon to stay on the line. So we decided to change our phone carrier. We entered the store at 10:00 AM when it opened and we had to wait about an hour before we were served; but when we were finally served by John it was an absolutely enjoyable experience. He was so good at small talk, and he was so funny. And even when he wasn't funny he thought he was funny which made it funny. We bonded over the two hours it took to transfer and we left with phones that were working, which was the most important part. I’ll only ask for John at this store and cross my fingers he’s available!

Their customer service sucks...Alex was very unpleasant and should not be customer facing...he is supposed help people not talk to them with an attitude and then gets mad because he gets the same attitude right back. Would rather travel to another location next time. Very disappointed!

Great team over there! Carlos was very helpful on setting up my new I-Phone & plan, he really took his time to explain all of the plans and any questions I may have had!
