I’ve been going here for years and one thing has always stayed the same. The manager of the store is rude and combative and treats her staff poorly. The employees are great and polite. They have a sense of community that the manager lacks.

Equipment is routinely out of order (beverage machines, credit card machines, etc.) The store isn’t open 24 hours as posted and gas pumps are turned off when this store is closed.

The lady that works in the in the mornings believe to be called Mary older lady is truly rude and disrespectful to people of color. Walked in to the store and heard a lady telling her what she did to a gentleman before her was wrong she told the lady get out of my store mind you both parties are of color this lady should be working in customer service. Management needs to take a look into this matter

They say open 24hrs but that's not true They close quite a bit by putting a sign on the door saying closed for maintenance or some other reason. Can never be sure when they stay open for the night anymore. It socks when some people have to use Uber to go there only to have wasted their money because of early closing until approx 5am. Also no bathroom use anymore and they won't allow you in with a backpack I guess telling you to leave it outside.
Unbelievable.

Marianne is a horrible manager she is very disrespectful to employees and customers someone needs to report her I was terminated because I had no one to care for my kids while I worked her supervisor Dan was very rude when I reported what happened he signed with her and that was very unprofessional they both need to be fired I will never work for speedway again

This is THE ONLY Speedway that I’ve visited, I drive all over the Twin Cities with my job and am in A LOT, that has denied public use of its restrooms. Even in the toughest neighborhoods of Minneapolis or St. Paul they at least make you get a key from the counter. They don’t deny public usage.They have a sign on the bathroom door that says something to the effect of “No Public Restrooms!! Buying something or Gas doesn’t matter so don’t go there! The closest public restroom is at McDonalds.” There’s signs on the front doors that talk about not allowing backpacks or other bags in and also mention at the bottom that there are “No Public Restrooms”I’m again driving all day for work and I need gas station restrooms. I buy my lunch, drinks, gas, and frequent washes for my truck which I’m well aware are items that you make the most money on. You obviously don’t need business from people like me.

They took their restroom and added an employee only sign and now tell people that they can't use the restroom. Many people have a health reason that they need access to a restroom. It should be illegal for a location serving the public to not offer a restroom
