Subway is in Walmart so it tends to be very busy on the weekends.

This Place needs be shut down! They will not changed out their Gloves while making people's Sandwiches . And they have a Guard Rail up now so you can not see them making your sandwich. Also, I'm pointing out that it is an Older Woman that works there she is rude & disrespectful to the Max. I just stop going there.

This Subway location has been so good for so long but the last time we were here... why do you have these young kids training young kids???? The one girl acted terrified to ask me what veggies I wanted and then barely gave me lettuce. I asked pleasantly if I could have a little more and she literally grabbed a teaspoonful..??? There was barely enough meat on the sandwich and all around worst service and sandwich.

I was served by an employee by the name of Mary on 5-18-23 around noon. I gave her a large tip, and subsequent to eating, I requested to receive her name. I needed her name so as to specifically mention her by name in my review. Every time I have stopped to get food at this establishment in the West Saint Paul Walmart location, this lady is super nice, coherent, witty, FAST, etc. I've also witnessed her going above and beyond by advising, with caution or calling attention to, things like kids wondering away from their parents or engaging in practices that could unnecessarily lead to injury (parents were unaware...thanked her for noticing).I have no relationship with her other than very brief encounters that are limited to getting food here. Please give this employee a substantial raise as well as recognition in other forms, as it is warranted. From what I've witnessed, she seems like a super good person and her work ethic, in addition to her values, is unmatched. This is my first Google review after having a gmail account for 17 years or so...so that's saying something. Thanks.

Can't go too wrong with building your own sandwich. Service has improved very much, which makes a difference.Vegetarian options: Lots of veggies to choose from.

I had my subway account information stolen and an order placed for $40 at this subway. Chuck went above and beyond for me. He not only voided the transaction but then messaged me the receipt he had so I could send it to my bank. I haven't been here before but employees like him make customers feel welcomed. Thank you!

Very bad experience at this location, the woman at the counter was so rude and she even makes you feel that you are not welcome here. I asked for cup for water and she told me there was no cups for water, I bought a juice and I get empty 12oz cup for ice and she charged me $2 for the cup and the receipt said 12oz coffee. I told her it's an empty cup, why are you charging me as if I have ordered a coffee. She insulted me and she called the police

Lettuce looked a few days old, mayo tasted old, and if it wasn't for the fact that I'm so busy I would take it back. And to pay almost $6 for a 6" is insane. My business is going to jersey mikes

I called before I came here to write a review hoping the restaurant would try to make it right. I ordered 2 subs from an online order. The lettuce and spinach in both of them were brown. The meat was warm and gross. We both threw our subs away. The lady I spoke to said I could bring the sandwich back in with a receipt to have it re-made. I don't want a sandwich re-made when clearly your produce and meat is already disgusting.

I was with my sister & 11 year old niece at the Subway in Walmart. My sister kindly explained to the worker that she'd like him to wear a mask because her husband is at a high risk for covid because he had a kidney transplant (he's even had his 3rd shot of the vaccine). When the guy was putting the cheese on my sisters sandwiches, the Subway employee started saying that my sister was being racist for asking him to wear a mask which he had already had below his chin. He said because I wasn't wearing mine. The difference was, I wasn't breathing on the food my sister was going to eat. I thought this guy was going to go off on us so I started recording him. That made him mad of course (I'm pretty sure there's cameras there already). Him & the older Caucasian lady called security on me as I was leaving. It's legal to record people in public. Walmart was unable to find security. I was trying to find the security first to let them know what was going on that we were being accused of being racist & that I was recording for my own protection as this employee scared me. My sister asked me to leave so I did. I told her to leave & go to jimmy johns, but my sister likes to make peace I guess. Apparently he apologized to my 11 niece & gave her free cookies. I don't stand for stuff like that. I left & got my sandwich at Jimmy John's. I will be calling cooperate tomorrow.

We had a Jersey Shore Fav (#2) & a Super Sub (#5). Delicious. Exactly how we wanted them. Super friendly staff. I love coming here. Highly recommend.
