Went to get a quick drink just for the worker to start making our drink and not even finish it because they got busy talking to their regular customer (definitely seem like they knew each other). Not only they not finish making our drink, they quickly moved out to make and serve their regular customer and began chatty with them for a good amount of time WHILE someone had to pick up their job. Totally unprofessional. Definitely should’ve at least finish serving the other person before making someone else finish their job and keep people waiting ?.

Got a pistachio latte this morning and was pleasantly surprised to receive a drink with coffee that is strong without a hint of being singed and steamed milk that was perfect with noticeable foam on top.It's been a long time since I've had froufy coffee I've enjoyed this much from a chain.

Ordered a Venti Flat White....there was no coffee in it, only hot milk. Came in for a caffeine jolt and got a bunch of yawning, instead. Used drive through and didn't notice right away.

Starbucks falls flat with its exorbitant prices and overrated coffee. The mundane menu coupled with inflated costs gives the impression of shelling out for a label rather than genuine quality. The sheer prevalence of Starbucks outlets only adds to a bland, standardized encounter, devoid of the character and distinctiveness offered by local coffee spots. And let's not ignore the unsettling concerns surrounding their ties to funding genocide and their monopolistic practices.

Did a mobile order only to get to the store and the lobby was closed it had to be 20-30 cars in the parking lot thru to pick up orders and to place them pissed me off I will never come back to this

So sad I was helped by that blonde-short hair-snappy white lady this morning. I dropped my kiddos at Garlough and were having an amazing morning. How crazy is that you want to grab your coffee and keep your day going bright and positive and all the sudden a lady at Starbucks (your favorite coffee shop) is short, rude, and snappy. The drink is great but the after taste interaction with her is just ?I didn’t catch her name, she didn’t smile, she didn’t ask how my day was going, no cordiality at all. Customer service (being at the front of the store) is about caring, or at least showing customers that you care about them and their experience when they visit your store. Maybe she should be making coffee instead of interacting with customers. She definitely had the energy to make a dozen coffees in 2 mins. She was not wearing an apron or a tag so I don’t know her name but she may have been the manager which sucks because the manager is the person who should be leading by example and she wasn’t doing a very good job at that. I have been at this Starbucks before and I’ve had an older gentleman who’s always smiling and so kind! Kuddos to him! ?? I don’t know if this lady does not like BIPOC/Latino people or she was just not having a good day or she just hates her job? Not sure but either way, terrible experience, and honestly I’m not sure if I’ll be coming back to this location and if I do I’ll make sure to update my review. Very disappointed!Vegetarian options: Starbucks as a company could expand its inclusiveness by adding some vegetarian and vegan options to the menu.
