Was at this store 15 minutes after it opened had to call the store to find out when the doors would be unlocked. when the associate answered she said she doesn't know maybe in an hour she's short staffed. I could clearly see that she was at the counter. She said she put a sign out. This is the third time I've come here when the store says it's open and it hasn't been. If you simply adjusted your store hours you might still have a customer today.

The way this place makes money is a scam. They will mark items down by $1 or $2 in order to say they are on “clearance” and nonrefundable. They don’t have fitting rooms to try anything on, so you are forced to buy clothes you can’t fit or won’t wear. Definitely not coming here again.

Good clothes. Great price. Store was a mess. Clothes not organized. Short staffed so lines were long. Customers getting rude and agitated.

They do not close at 7pm! Walked in at 645 to quickly grab a tank top and was turned away!!!!!! Poor customer service

Why do they get to close whenever they want. Does franchise know this. Sometime 620. Someone should talk to the staff about customer service. Sometimes don’t even say thank you, I make a point to. To if the respond, they just say next!
