It's becoming harder to shop here. They don't stock the shelves with a lot of the product anymore. I ended up having to go to another store to finish my shopping. If they don't want to run a grocery store, sell it to someone who does. This store could thrive in the community like it has in the past. It's just sad to see it get run into the ground this way. I would have given it 1 star, but they staff is friendly and helpful when asked questions.

The dairy is completely unrefrigerated— not even sure why they bother selling it, there’s no way it’s good after even an hour on the shelf.

while I love having a little local food market near by, this place is by far so highly priced it's ridiculous. I went there, simply for a green and red bell pepper, but as I went to select the green pepper, I noticed it looked like it was already going bad. I looked at the red, and yellow peppers and the same thing. The fact that you already charge $3.99 each for the red, yellow and orange peppers and on top of that they're already rotting. To make matters worse, it wasn't just the peppers. I look up at the English cucumber, mushy, molded. Zucchini, all shriveled up going bad, the carrots rotting. If you're going to charge ridiculously high prices on produce, at least have the decency to have FRESH PRODUCE, as this reads below that's stated on your website. Oxendales Market prides itself with having fresh, delicious produce all year round. Fresh fruits and vegetables are hand picked by our produce experts so that we get high quality produce from the farmer to your table. We carry select Minnesota local produce as well.

Pretty sad. You mark up prices, put the name oxendale's on it thinking that it's gonna be fully customer service and it's not. I pull up with a couple pieces of produce in my cart and the lady says I have to unload it and take it out of the cart when it's right there in front of her, so, she made me pushed the cart back so I can put it on. The stupid conveyor makes no sense when if she wouldn't went above and beyond. I would have been a 100% customer. I'm a big company. I would love to done business with you. But now I don't want to because she made me do what I do. Whatever happened to customer service? Sad

Notified yesterday that the deli would have barbecue wings today. Stopped by for wings. Deli staff always nice and polite. Frozen fruit works better in drinks than ice.

Deli food is FULL of dyes, chemicals, gmo's and preservatives. Toxic food!

This place is a dump. Floor was filthy. Everything was completely understocked. Way overpriced, also. Sad. Used to be a great store.

I don’t shop at the W. St. Paul store often, only when I need something right away. Today I stopped in there for a few things I needed, noticed their Lotsa Motzza Pizza were close to $12, something like $11.79. I was shocked, everywhere else I go, HyVee, Cub, Target etc. they are $8.99, both full prices. I asked a friend of mine that lives by the Randolph store to check their price of the same product…well low and behold they were $8.99. The W. St. Paul store is way overpriced, I will not be returning for anything I need right away, that’s for sure. That is terrible to have such prices differences. I also noticed their cereal and their generic cereal was also way more than other stores, some were close to $7. Shame on you Oxendales.
