I'm not a car person and only had a list of the items that I needed, and the employee (didn't catch his name but an older guy) was more than helpful looking them up on his computer and getting me what I needed, then wheeling them out to my car parked farish away in front of the dental office because they were heavy.

I’ve only ever had good experiences at this location as well as the other Robert street location. Quentin helped me get all that I needed to get my brakes replaced today and I must say, the man is awesome! very good at his job and passionate about what he does. super knowledgeable on products, parts, and policies. grateful to have an awesome O’Reilly nearby.
