Really great butcher with a lot of variety and friendly staff. I came here when I couldn’t find what I was looking for at a couple other spots. Beautiful English cut short ribs that turned out amazing for Christmas dinner.

Try the shredded meat sandwiches!!! $6 for beef, pork, or chicken. I had the pork for the first time today and it was amazing! I didn’t have anything added to it, it didn’t need anything! Simple yet flavorful.
