“My partner and I had an amazing experience at Milbern Clothing due to the stellar service of David Amighi. We were looking for a suit for a wedding the next weekend so we needed something quick, but we also wanted something that was versatile that could be used for many occasions. David was quick to the punch and gave us many options, showing us different ways to mix and match with ties and undershirts. He understood that we wanted something a little more modern and hip, so we were given fun patterns.My partner can sometimes become overwhelmed with shopping, but our Milbern experience alleviated any anxieties and we actually had a lot of fun. The store was ~bustling~ on a Thursday night, but David was attentive, personal, and kind. We were in and out in half an hour!We're so excited to see the final tailored suit, and my partner is ecstatic about having a nice suit that fits him in his closet. It's wonderful to see a local business doing so well. My partner was especially wowed by Vikings player Andrew Van Ginkel getting his suit there as he was just recently signed, lol. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”

“I love this hot topic to much, the staff are always super nice. This hot topic is a great place to find a bunch of merch from various fandoms (MD, TADC, helluva boss, hazbin hotel, various bands, and a lot more!). Last time I was there I bought a clip on tail it lasted a lot longer than I honestly thought is was, it's faux fur and the clip is very nice. If your into Alt fashion, anime, music, or just want some sanrio merch. Than this is the place for you, trust.”

“Our Kohls store is well stocked, we mostly find what we're are shopping for, and if we are able to take advantage of sales, Kohls Cash, coupons, etc. the prices are sometimes quite competitive. The store is staffed with kind, helpful employees as well. The only negative is the checkout process. Recently, there were 15 customers in line, being serviced by 2 employees. It looked like there were three more registers ready to be used, but no on working them. We waited at least 5-7 minutes until someone called for more service reps to report to the other 3 registers. In another 2 minutes, we had 5 registers serving our growing line of customers and the line then moved quite well, no problems. It seems that someone needs to anticipate calling for help when the check out line starts to grow. They had plenty of service reps working, someone just needs to monitor the line better. Keeps the customers coming back, and happy!”

“This sports apparel store is on the 2nd floor of The Mall of America. They have a large selection of Big 4 merchandise as well as merchandise featuring other sports like MLS, racing, collegiate, and others. They do offer deals and sales on some of the merchandise that I saw in the store as well. It does have some things that other stores like like banners, cups, and other things that may make good gifts for fans of teams.
Why did I deduct a star? As with many other stores of this nature, it is easy to find better deals on this merchandise online. I am not sure if they do any type of price matching but I did not see any signage stating so. Despite this, it is a good sports apparel store and I would visit it if this is merchandise I was in search of.”
“My fiance and I came in when we were doing some exploring after picking up a prescription near by. This is such a cute clothing store. The owner makes and has very high quality clothing. He is a very nice guy whose customers are his top priority. We bought two sweatshirts and two shirts. I would recommend any Minnesotan to come check this shop out. There's tons of MN gear here. Prices are reasonable. You won't regret it. There is a brewery right next door some come get some MN gear and hit the brewery. You won't be disappointed. I absolutely love the Light purple Guitar Hoodie! Thanks again for a new comfy hoodie this season.”

“I came into the vans store 10/9 around 2:15 pm the other day looking for a fashionable pair of shoes, I had a lovely sales associate with fiery hair and stellar eyeliner help me out to actually purchase my shoe online! Not only was the shoe on sale in store but she also pointed out that the website was offering an additional 20% off! She gave astonishing customer service and insisted I found the most comfortable size for me before purchasing! she made me feel very confident in my purchase and I left the store very satisfied and happy! No doubt I’ll be back:) thanks girl!”

“I bought 3 pairs of jeans here and needed them altered. When i got them back, 2 pairs were too short. The manager, Jake, took care of me and got me 2 new pairs. This level of customer service is something I don't find these days! Jake's service should be rewarded and praised. He has gained my loyalty to his location and will travel extra distance to shop from his store. We'll done, Jake!”
“My father and I were traveling. We went to this location as we do not have one by us, and Untuckit is his favorite shirt, if not the only shirt brand he will wear. We wanted to write a review to acknowledge the employee who assisted us during our time there. His name was Nicholas (Nick). He was absolutely wonderful. He was incredibly patient, advising, assisting, understanding, and most of all, helpful. He found every size and color my dad wanted in all of the shirts he wanted, and got my dad to try new styles (and like them!). He gave us waters, and when we asked for MOA food recommendations he gave us wonderful restaurants, at which we ate that evening. We wanted to recognize him but there is no employee review specific page on the website, so instead, we are writing here to reflect our experience with him at the store. The store was very clean, well organized, aesthetically pleasing, and he handled all of the people coming in and out well. His kindness meant so much to us! Thank you, Nick!!”

“Tis the season for the holiday cashiers. The line was short but everybody seemed a little unexperienced. There was a woman in a different Lane in a heated conversation about trying to return or exchange something and wasn't getting the value of her Kohl's cash returned to her so she was pretty upset. It is what it is during the holidays. In my experience department stores have pretty half-assed trained employees for the temporary holiday help. Got what I need at twice the price I paid for last year. But it's for the new dog edition for the family so it is what it is.”
“I had an issue with a pair of shoes I purchased in FL and di not have my receipt upon my return home. I found out that most Vans stores history is not linked and they can not look it up for me, HOWEVER, Tyler and Dominic at Vans - Rosedale Center were willing to take care of me anyway. IN fact, they were so helpful in getting that pair exchanged, I ended up buying 4 more pairs. It was a great experience and I can't wait to work with them again. Thank you guys.”
