Was going here for years not happy files at the end February and have not received federal or state paid almost 300 dollars. They say once it’s sent there’s nothing they can do I’ve called for weeks to try and get proper communication. Save your time and money

H&R has been doing our my taxes for about 8 years now...Cynthia Woodbury has done them every year. Her caring and professional attitude speaks volume about H&R Block. Since we began to use H&R, Tax season is never the dreaded hassle it once was in previous years. Nope. Find a place that does your taxes right. They charge a lot for services, & I still got letters from the IRS that it was filed incorrectly.

The tax professional who did my taxes was super awesome. She answered all my complicated tax questions and made me feel heard. She was super polite and professional. First time coming into an office. Would do again.
