The employees at the store are rude, they don't listen and they don't care. Do yourself a favor and just go to the Eagan location.

I came in needing to print a legal document and had trouble accessing it from a cloud. The two pros working at the desk that evening helped me problem solve and also recognized my urgency. It was such nice and efficient service. So thankful.

The staff here is awesome. Very kind, patient, and helpful! Chelsea and Clay are the best and made us feel like we were valued as customers and went out of there way to make sure our printing turned out right. ?

I had a terrific experience printing and mounting enlarged posters for my mom's celebration of life. The worker went above and beyond to make sure they were ready in time. The personal touch was greatly appreciated!

My package tracking number says it was delivered to the address. However I call to see if it has arrived. Yet nothing. I can't even see if it is at a FedEx office, hence calling costumer service because it is design to not let you call a REAL PERSON! JUST SENDS ME BACK TO THE AUTOMATED MENU! CANT EVEN SAY AGENT OR COSTUMER SERVICE REP TO SPEAK TO AN OFFICE.. WHY ARE UPS AND FEDEX LIKE THIS!?!?!?@?

Recently visited this location for a large print order associated with an unexpected and very important event. The staff was helpful, compassionate and was able to reduce overall costs by printing only certain pages of the project in color while choosing black and white printing for text-only pages. The printing was done quickly and looked fantastic! Thank you for a job well done!

Alyssa is a skilled and excellent leader and a copy and print-making queen! She knew about my time contains as I explained them to her the day before. She called me up and asked if I was coming in to pick up my order boy am I glad she did! I was napping, but I was very please she roused me from my slumber and beckoned me in to collect my order. I was flying the next day, and I needed what she made for me. My trip would have flopped if I didn't get my printing collected! She saved my training trip!! This business has never let me down! Fantastic!

I called to verify if I gotten my printing label and I got hung up you know who you're and you're very rude. I do not recommend this location at all
