I don’t know how this place is even open for business or how they be passing inspections. Dirty little place with expired food on shelves, and I don’t even know how people trust buying meat, vegetables or hot meals from there. Plus on top of that quite pricey.

El Destino is a great Hispanic market in West Saint Paul. Their selection is bigger than a few of the others in the area, but with the bigger selection comes slightly higher prices, not crazy high, but there's better prices around. Their meat offerings are great and they have any seasoning or ingredient that you'd need for a Hispanic dish. Definitely worth a stop in if you're looking for something special!

Have yet to have tried there food cooked in the "restraunt" portion of the store-however even with that aside, I DO think there staff could become more efficient at becoming a lil more attentive in terms of trying to avoid makin the customer wait at the register for a staff to greet them and tinf them up. There's been times where I haven't had any staff come to the register to help me at all during a couple few of my visits. Def shouldn't have to get a workers attention every time a customer wants to get rung up

The prices are kinda high n the vegetables are kinda of drying out and the food tastes old like it's been sitting for days. Idk I might if gotten a bad batch.

Cotija, Oaxaca, Panela, shredded melty, and much more cheese! Plus tortillas, peppers, tomoatoes, chicaron, meat deli, other produce! So many things in this little market!

Maybe it's because it's my neighborhood, or the friendly workers and even customers. From deli to takeout .. awesome sauce!
