I get the royal treatment here. Dollar for dollar this is the best customer service I think I receive in any shop in any industry I do business with. Wild to think that I look for excuses to call my tire shop.
Darryl, Joe and their teams both in front and in back go way above and beyond to make sure you are 110% taken care of. I am lucky to have them down the street.

Had an issue that I assumed was going to be like pulling teeth to remedy. Couldn't have been more wrong. Nathan had me taken care of and out the door in minutes with zero hassles. These guys really do cultivate customer service, and I'll buy from nowhere else as long as the state of Minnesota lets me have a drivers license.....? Thanks Nathan!

I went here because the dealership told me my tire couldn’t be repaired. I was thinking I needed to buy a new tire but Discount Tire fixed it for me for $0! AMAZING!

Left my 3 trailer tires and wheels which were supposed to be ready the same day, but wasn't ready until the next day only when I called. When I unloaded the wheels from my SUV I noticed that one valve stem was replaced with a cheaper one and they only gave me back one of the valve cover caps that tells you if the air pressure is low and needs to be refilled, they just replaced with standard black stem caps, the ones I had are metal that reads 65 pounds.
I went back to the store and demanded the return of the 2 missing covers but they couldn't find them...

These guys have been helping me for years. They are courteous, friendly, and helpful. I’ve had a few flats repaired on the spot and they always do it with a smile. I recommend making an appointment, especially on Saturdays. Special shoutout to Nathan!
