I don’t know who the heck they just hired but yesterday evening I waited for 30 minutes in the drive thru window for a prescription I’ve been on for years. Usually isn’t THIS bad but I felt the need to write a review… the worst part is the staff had zero urgency. Saw 3 cars give up in line!

Waited over 30 minutes behind one other vehicle during open hours for a prescription. Because of other cars behind me, I was unable to leave and come back. There needs to be a protocol for when customers will be asked to pull around and come inside to keep things moving. Disappointed.

This CVS Store is very well stocked. Prices are doable, the staff are wonderful and it is a great location.

I figured out a trick with this pharmacy. As soon as the automated message says they are working on your prescription, go to the pharmacy. Ask for you prescription and tell them you'll wait. They'll say it will be 20 minutes, but it's more like 5 minutes. Otherwise you will probably be waiting 1 to 3 business days for your prescription.

I genuinely have never had a time there wasnt an issue with this pharmacy. They consistently refuse to give me my meds and only give me my prescription if I prove my doctor sent it through—then it was just a “mistake” in the system they didnt see. I have not been to another pharmacy but it cannot be this difficult other places. Reading the other reviews has made me feel less crazy about how frustrating this place is. The actual store seems fine.

I had a very pleasant experience at this location on Saturday 1/20/24 morning. As soon as I got there, the staff at the front helped me right away. I had my passport photos ready within minutes. I was very pleased with the service.

ZERO STARS. This is the worst CVS I have ever been to. They blame their terrible service on staffing but the real problem is their management. Don't shop here or fill prescriptions.
