“I was hoping to leave this review sooner but were in the middle of buying a home. I want to give a shout out to Shinna. We were in the process of selling our home and we met the guy to do the transaction of his check. Both parties were nervous about signing the check over and putting the title in his name. Shinna was very understanding of the situation and very patience with helping both parties through the transaction. She was very helpful on helping us letting us know she would be available in the drive through if the lobby was closed. We made it back in time, She could tell I was super excited about selling our house so when everything was done she congratulationed us on the sale of our home and was excited with me. The staff is super helpful, the rates are better than you get at commercial banks, and their fee structure is relatively lenient, in case you, say, accidentally forget to transfer money from savings to checking for a big purchase. They're not always at the forefront of online services, but everything else about them makes it worth it to be a little patient.”

“I have had seriously the best experience working with Genisys Credit Union in Eagan, specifically with Jynah Lash! Every time I go in or call, the staff has always been helpful. There have been quite a few times where I needed help on something, got stuck in a bind, and needed to understand possible options. I am so grateful I was able to first speak with Jynah in that specific time who was so patient and stayed on the phone with me for a long time answering all of my questions and concerns on other matters/situations that were going on in life. Before talking with Jynah I was feeling a little blinded on what options were available. Jynah went way beyond what I have experienced with any bank or credit union by following up, helping me understand, educating me on options, and describing long-term plans that I would be working with that would fit my goals overall. She was so good that I followed-up with her on another more recent matter and again she literally saved the day (more than a day)! I cannot give this credit union, and especially Jynah, more stars. This last time, I was waiting to know results on an application and was she was excited and genuinely happy to give me good news (which is rare these days)! I use her now as my main resource when I have questions because she is beyond knowledgeable, capable, patient and helpful. Even one person can change a place for the better or for the worse, she has become the face of Genisys for me and it was already a good credit union, but now it is a major resource because of how helpful she is on so many levels!”

“The Church and the school, and all the people. All of my kids went through the school, and 2 of my grandkids are currently there. The teachers and staff are wonderful, and all the parishioners are friendly and inviting. We've always had wonderful priests there. The sermons of the priest and deacon are always interesting and on the mark. We did not pick this church. A year after my wife and I wed, we went house hunting all over St Paul. We ended up buying a house a mile from the church. We joined the parish in 1972, and have been happy parishioners ever since!”

“I first went down to Royal credit Union bank yesterday to the one on Rice street and Country Road C. And here is what I like about it.* speed. The time only took 30 min to open my account. I been in other banks where I can tell you I was hounded by bank tellers to open an account with wells Fargo. The people there were polite. Also I love the fact that yours funds are available the next business day. To me that's what's up because we are tired of the traditional banks you got to wait 3 days for the money. This is a feature of chime bank but with a bank.”

“I love having a local bank to go to. I have never been a part of a credit union before, TruStone - Roseville makes me thankful that I wound up with them. I am always greeted upon entry and the staff has made an effort to get to know me. I have refinanced my car through them, opened a CD for my daughter, and savings account for all of the money we raise for dance outings. I have an online bank that has always made cash difficult. Now I don't have to give someone the money and have them Venmo me. I am able to go to MY bank and deposit the money directly. Corbin has been extremely helpful in guiding me to the correct accounts to get the best fit based on what I am looking for. I truly appreciate the whole staff and how welcoming and accommodating they are every time I come in.”
