One of the best Chuck and Dons locations. Employees are always super helpful and really friendly. Store is also quite large inside and has lots of fabulous options for your pet.

The stupid lady accused me of ripping the tag of my dogs toy when my dog but it one time and it ripped and wouldn’t give me my money back on my card

We placed an order online and the gave it to someone else with the same first name and gave us the other person’s. They tried to make it right by sending us a free bag of dog food but it’s a different brand and it is chicken and our dogs can’t have chicken so we wanted to just exchange it for a different flavor (same brand and bag size) but they refused to exchange it because we don’t have a receipt. So now we have food that we can’t even give our dog. So the questions are how are we supposed to have a receipt if it was free because of there mess up with our online order and how is that making things right??

Visited just prior to holidays and they were out of the dog food we use. Stopped a few days later (12/27) after Xmas only yo learn my "reward" expired on 12/24. They would not honor even though I explained how I was there but foot was out. Poor customer service. It was a small price to keep a long time customer.

My dog and I LOVE Chuck and Don's. These guys help sponsor the St. Paul Saints Stadium, and they even created a dog park next to the stadium that my dog and I visit every day. I wish they would reopen their Lowertown store now that Covid is behind us, but for now we just order our doggy supplies delivered. As a company, they're pet-centric, civic-oriented, competitively-priced and friendly. What more could you want? ??? ??
