I was rear ended and needed a tow after significant damage to my car. I specified that a flat bed would be required. While they were quick to arrive, a flat bed tow truck did not arrive and they left me stranded without a tow. I had to call a different tow company which cost $70 less than what Bobby and Steve quoted, so while it all worked out in the end, their lack of reliability made a stressful situation worse.

Difficult situation installing a device. Had to call out a technician from the company. In the end what should've been a couple hours turned into 4 days. Able to provide me with a loaner vehicle for the last 2 days. Very attentive to a problem with equipment. Would recommend

Probably should fix your hours on google, says you’re open til 11pm. What gas station closes at 7 on a Friday? You should probably also turn your “Open” sign off when you’re closed as well. Would have chosen to go elsewhere first and probably would not have run out of gas when it’s -8 degrees out....

great for gas (93 octane), go elsewhere if you need anything moreMaskless, coughing staff inside of the store during my last visit. I was left waiting at the counter while staff chatted and coughed uncontrollably, I even made eye contact and nodded to one as he ignored me and continued his conversation. I was the only customer in the store at the time. The older dude who works there is always super friendly but I didn't see him around, must of been the B team working that day.

Before buying a used car from craigslist I took my vehicle here for a buyer's inspection. After 45 minutes and $65 they said all looks good, sent me on my way, I purchased the car, got new tires put on, only to learn from the guys at the tire shop that my car needed thousands of dollars in parts and labor. Got the run around from Bobby & Steve's. Wish I had gone literally ANYWHERE else. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE for anything. This is the kind of place that makes the general public weary of auto shops. I will always regret taking my car here, and I'm currently in debt because of this shop's negligence and dishonesty. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP.

They took me right in serviced my car and were a lot less then other places.The man checking me in was pleasant and business like. I was visiting family in St. Paul and I made sure to let them know about this place.

Let's start with the fact that I am not a car person and have the actual worst luck in that dept. going about my day like normal when my check engine light comes on and I figure okay I'll figure that out later(I know), then it started flashing red and I was just close enough to get here! I obviously didn't have an apt and was worried about that, but the manager Erik was SO accommodating! He stopped what he was doing and totally saved my day. Turns out it was just a weird computer malfunction but I now have a favorite car dude and location. He was beyond nice and professional, the inside of the shop was clean and bright. I'll be using this location in the future for any issues I may have! 10/10 would recommend!

went in on 3/8 to have my windshield wipers checked as they were not working. did a diagnosis and found it was the switch. they had to order the part so I left without making and appointment. went back 3/11 at 7 am and had them order the part. said it a "one day out" part which means it will take an extra day to get the part. he expected to get the part on 3/12 or 3/13 and would call when it came in so I could come in and have the work done. well, here it is 10 pm on 3/15. never heard from them. no courtesy call to give me an update. I really did like this place but it seems the last couple of times I've been there, things have changed. went in for an oil change in 2017 and the told me I needed rear brakes so I got them done. went in for another oil change in 2018 and guess what? they told me I needed rear brakes. what? after 1 year? hmm. my confidence and trust level in this place has really gone down.

If I could give a 100 Star rating I totally would. I had an experience with having to get my vehicle towed during one of our lovely snow days a few weeks back. Talk about a nightmare. These guys went above and beyond to make a bad situation totally positive with their amazing customer service. Erick over there at the Robert St location is the man. I typically rarely write reviews but not today... recognition here is well deserved.

We just had a fantastic experience with B&S! Will, one of their drivers, just jump started my mom's car after we thought she needed a tow. He showed up earlier than we expected and he was nothing short of fantastic. Super friendly, helpful, thorough and funny. So Impressed.

They serviced my brakes, which never had any noises until they "fixed" them. Then I went back 3 times and they decided to blame it on my struts. I went to other mechanics and they all said struts have no connection with my brakes making noise and it's clear they installed very cheap brakes on my car. I feel they tried to get over because I am a woman. I'm very disappointed.
