Went in to switch over to them for the black friday deal $50 iphone deal. Was told the only phone plans they have are $60and $70/mo. Checked with customer service online and they apologized and said thats incorrect. Also was told you can lower your bill after 3mo of service and now all of a sudden "that deal is over with". Really irritating being told all different things.

I was without service for 24 hrs due to a sim swapping fraud. No help from customer service online, or the location on Cesar Chavez st. That Beautiful woman, Louisa, at the Robert St. location fixed my issue within 15 minutes. Great customer service! I'd giver her a baby if she wasn't married. ?

It's after 10 and the store is still not open, sign says 10, may have to switch, can't even use there boost one app, should go back to old one!!!!
