So if you are familiar with this place I'll tell ya. Dad might of been a g back in the day but the son, younger guy. Def on drugs. Ducked and dodged us about damaging our bike. Offered a saddle and 40 bucks off. Brand new bike all scratched up, didn't answer out call for two weeks and when I showed up. The bike that was still being worked on was sitting in the front all used. When I finally threatened him that I just want the money for the bike that he was promising I could sell and get the full amount we paid for it. He's a joke. You do business like this, I promised him he would pay for that and he still is going to

Don’t trust this guy with anything. I placed my $2400 custom Quetzal T120 Recumbent bicycle (Which I bought from BICYCLE BILLS in 2016) And $350 magnetic resistance trainer, On consignment at BICYCLE BILLS on October 27, 2022. I asked Bill to sell these for a combined total of $800. Initially, the owner, Bill Goldberg responded to emails and phone calls indicating that he had had any action on the bike. When he indicated that he still had not had any action on the bike in August 2023, I indicated that I wanted the bike And resistance trainer back. After that point, he blocked my phone number and quit responding to any emails. I tried numerous times to set up a time to pick up my bike and trainer with no success. Then Saturday, February 17 I showed up at the shop and found a gentleman there and door open. I found the frame for my bicycle, but it had been stripped for parts, the magnetic resistance trainer could not be located. The bicycle is not sellable in its current condition.I once again gave my phone number to the gentleman and told him that I wanted Bill Goldberg, The owner, To call me on Monday, February 19. I have not heard a word.. BICYCLE BILLS/ Bill Goldberg owes me $800 for the bike and trainer!The gentleman and shop cannot be trusted!

Not a “pro bike shop”. Hours are not accurate. When I stopped by during business hours and looked through the locked door, noticed empty shelves and bikes in pieces. Appears they’ve gone under.

He's a serial thief! After dropping my $2500 bike off for repair. Never saw it again. He claims it was stolen in a break in. Could find no police report. Has ghosted numerous others who have been defrauded!

Bicycle Bills "Pro-Shops" are not trust worthy. They sold my relatives' bike he had brought in and kept the money to buy drugs. Something shady going On. Might call the cops to investigate. BBB will be hearing from me. Worried that my vulnerable relative was taken advantage of. Shame On them.

I purchased and paid for a bike $3000 . I had purchased 3 bike here to date no bike or $ back . He is not honest and hase my $ ste from me! I am someone who is disabled so can't let this go on.

Brought my $16,000 hand propelled trike in to sell on consignment. Its now been 4 years and haven’t heard anything. Got a private investigator involved about two years ago and he then block my number and never responded to the Pi. Definitely do not do business with this guy. I Was trying to raise funds for a handicap accessible vehicle.

I brought my $16,000 hand crank tricycle four years ago to sell on consignment, well I haven't heard anything and the number no longer exists. got a priv investigator involved and he pretty much said theres nothing he can do. so the owner stole $16,000 from me. so i was not able to get the vehicle i needed

My partner and I, we had been looking for a bike that she really connected for more then a months. I was tough since all the local business are having a hard time to get there material and stuff. Well, after been around and so many shops in Minneapolis and Saint Paul, last week we decided to stop by here at Bills Pro-shop. Honestly after been in some fancy and very Attracted bike shops we didn’t have any Expectations of any others shops.Long story. Short story.We ended buying a ebike front this great family business. We are Extremely happy with all the process and the quality work and Genuine Attitude from Brian and his team.I really love the way they expressed they will do Avery thing to see family’s and people on bikes for the better living and Healt of all people.That means Quality of work, prices and so much more.Thanks Bill, Brian’s and Mom (forgot her name) and team.Wish the best for this local business!Love and peace!
