Just needed a bolt for my spark plug cap, the staff not only took the time to help me find the right bolt but made sure that it fit before I left the parking lot.

Came in to get a diagnostic scan and a battery test. I needed a new battery anyway so I decided to get one while I'm there, since they offer complimentary installation. There were 3 people there. 2 cashiers and 1 supervisor. I ask about installation and was told "We can't because of the sensors, and I can't go out to see because we need at least 2 people in the store at all times." Okay,...so I ask if there is someone, or another store who can help. She yells my question towards the back and a voice responds "Try midas, I don't work there so I don't know." I was already in the process of buying the replacement battery. The worst part is everyone at the store seemed like they'd rather die than be there..I had to drive to another auto zone where they installed it in less than 10 minutes.

Looked for a part online because I bought a multi pack that had a missing piece. I told the people at the front desk the situation and simply asked if they could replace it. They told me they could not. I said I would buy the piece and I had a part number for the guy he looked it up went in the back for 5 seconds and said they didn’t have it. Online said they had it and it took me 40 minutes to get here and he didn’t even bother to look. He did but. It really the part was in stock

Extremely helpful. Great experience! Helped me with finding wiper blades and engine light issues. Corey was a welcoming friendly employee. 5 stars. I’m definitely coming to this location from now on.

I am so grateful Guy was working on Sunday 2/11 when I was in town for my daughter’s hockey tournament needing to make the 5 hour drive home and suddenly all y dashboard lights lit up.Guy took time with me to diagnose the issue and it was looking like I was going to need a bunch of work done at the dealer, Guy figured out the wires were loose and fixed the whole thing!My daughter and I were so grateful for Guy’s knowledge and expertise to have been able to get home safely! I never imagined AutoZone would be able to help us in this way!Thank you, Guy! AutoZone is lucky to have you!!
