please do not give the store your business the are liars, lazy & Bad customer service !!!!! My phone was suspended do to a false charge on my statement so i no way to call at&t from my phone or use the internet. Came there to get help with calling the company. Ask to use the phone to call the company, but was told to wait for help, the were short staffed, can't let use a phone store policy, that is screwed up it phone store,plus the treated me like a bum, when i have been with at& t 10yrs or more, plus my family has been with them. Then when more help came to work, the employee gave me a land line cordless to use, no wait, to call the company. I lost 2 hr out of my day, do to bad customer service, lairs and stereo typed me because i was in my work clothes. plus there was a work playing on his phone helping no one !!!! Also at&t customer service is shit job as well !!!! Finally after 10 call, I got a good customer service rep that follow through my complaint and solved the problem with the false charge.

Do NOT give this store your money! They might just "lose" it and refuse to return a penny. I was told by the manager that they have no way, no ability to refund money that the store received, that everyone agrees was "lost." I have been attempting to get them to fix this for eight weeks. When I asked the manager (who had spoken with the DM) if the only way I would ever see my money is to take them to court, he replied "Yes." I am flabbergasted. And furious. And on my way to court. If I could enter minus stars, I would.

My mom and I came in for her iPhone. Her battery had died after only having it for a month or so. We had a super helpful and nice person that helped us as best as he could and did a great job! He helped us update our plan. They had some technical issues that Saturday and he was the only one working. We really appreciated the time and effort he put into helping us and getting it all fixed before my mom had to go to work. Definitely satisfied with our visit! Thank you!

Switched my plan without permission or signature. Lost my grandfathered in plan that included MAX with no advertisements. That's now costing me and additional $20/month to replace.And all we went in for was to add a chip to a new phone...I do not recommend going to a place that does something like this. Beware to check your account after leaving this store, the manager might only be caring about his sales numbers.

Workers were rude and did not help resolve the issue. I was without phone service for two days and currently still do not have phone service. The issue I was experiencing was complicated and the workers gave up on helping me or directing me to where I needed to be.

I want to strongly recommend The services and knowledge I was given by ice in west St. Paul. I was in corporate America for 30 years and I found a missing ingredient in business is the service and caring about the customer. Ice embodies these qualities more than I’ve seen in many years .
