“I was robbed. I had $108 credit on my account from previous purchase. David said he would apply it towards warranty on new accropolis chair I just got. It was never credited.I am out $108. And have no warranty on new chairI was just informed by the warranty company fit Assurant that they received appropriate receipt FINALLY from American freight and I should be receiving my paperwork in nail 8-10 business days. This is thanks to Izaah that works at AF I Believe he is an actual manager there.he is very knowledgeable, helpful, and cleared up the mess. Turns out David did not understand what he needed to do to let Assurant know I paid for new warranty on new recliner . He thought I was trying to use warranty from old recliner on new one.but then why would I pay for new 5yr warranty? Don't make sence.all i know is thank God for issac/izaah (I always get his name wrong) but he I a saint and saved th day!!! Just leave David alone he don't know what he is doing . Thanks izaah. ! Looking forward to receiving my proof of warranty in mail. Thanks again for your help :)”

“The drivers take the time to get to know their customersk. Over the holidays our driver called to alert us that he would be dropping off our water a couple days early. I didnt get the message in time so I didnt put out the old water bottles. The next month, I had 4 empty bottles to put out (we usually only get two at a time) so I was worried he would think he needed to leave 4 new bottles. I tried to call Culligan to let them know that even though I put 4 empties out for pick up, I only wanted 2 bottles to be left. I was unable to get through to anyone (its was 5:30am when I called) so I just let it be and hoped for the best. Sure enough, our driver remembered our "usual" and just left 2 bottles. Nice to know they take the time and pay attention. Made us feel like we were the only customer on his route. Thank you!”

“We purchased a new washer and dryer through Warners' Stellian. They made it easy to adjust the delivery date as we got closer to when the project was ready. The delivery folks were the best! They moved everything in and out seamlessly and that was no easy task. They installed both units and got them started. They were super professional and really went the extra mile when a banister had to come off of the stairway to get the old dryer out. This is why we buy our appliances from Warners' Stellian!”

The gentleman behind the counter new exactly what kind of old faucet I had as soon as he saw the stem. Produced a replacement in a matter of minutes, I left I with exactly what I needed even though I didn't know what kind of faucet I had to begin with. Now I know where to go in fifty years when the faucet fails again.”

I have been a General Contractor and Business Owner most of my adult life. I've had good service and very poor service but Today I am gonna take the time to say the employees at Home Depot in Inver Grove heights MN are knowledgeable and there to serve the customers.
