“I was robbed. I had $108 credit on my account from previous purchase. David said he would apply it towards warranty on new accropolis chair I just got. It was never credited.I am out $108. And have no warranty on new chairI was just informed by the warranty company fit Assurant that they received appropriate receipt FINALLY from American freight and I should be receiving my paperwork in nail 8-10 business days. This is thanks to Izaah that works at AF I Believe he is an actual manager there.he is very knowledgeable, helpful, and cleared up the mess. Turns out David did not understand what he needed to do to let Assurant know I paid for new warranty on new recliner . He thought I was trying to use warranty from old recliner on new one.but then why would I pay for new 5yr warranty? Don't make sence.all i know is thank God for issac/izaah (I always get his name wrong) but he I a saint and saved th day!!! Just leave David alone he don't know what he is doing . Thanks izaah. ! Looking forward to receiving my proof of warranty in mail. Thanks again for your help :)”
“Our service professional Bill was awesome!! He was very friendly and courteous, and explained to me the what and why I was having a problem. He then told me what we were looking for and then replaced parts as necessary. Not all technicians do that and I greatly appreciated it. “Appliances are good and people are friendly but a DOA dryer took a while to repair and I’m multiple calls in trying to get money refunded from installation parts which were not needed and returned. It’s been over a month. Perhaps a 4 star when $ is refunded. The final refund came in! The first round didn’t include all of it. I’ve bumped this to 4 stars. Thx.”

I had 2 very small dents in my stove and refrigerator.
The delivery team notified me immediately if the dents.
I was given a 10 % discount on both appliances with any problems.

“We purchased a new washer and dryer through Warners' Stellian. They made it easy to adjust the delivery date as we got closer to when the project was ready. The delivery folks were the best! They moved everything in and out seamlessly and that was no easy task. They installed both units and got them started. They were super professional and really went the extra mile when a banister had to come off of the stairway to get the old dryer out. This is why we buy our appliances from Warners' Stellian!”

“I absolutely love this warehouse. The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. They have a huge collection of doors, flooring, wood, kitchen/ bathroom sinks, cabinets and countertops. Make sure that when you go if you have a particular project in mind take very good notes on sizes and what you're looking for. And make sure that you ask as many questions as possible because they are very knowledgeable.”

Straight in the door, PLENTY OF ROOM TO SHOP WITHOUT GETTING IN A TANGLE, helpful employees stocking shelves were kind and when asking them where to find an item, they make sure you get what you came for!!! The checkout went smoothly and the cashier was very congenial and I’m going back again tomorrow!!! I bought some special kind of freezies for my great granddaughter, a performance bar for my daughter who is walking and exercising everyday. She loved the 20 grams of protein in the bar, something for my great granddaughter’s daddy, ( my grandson… just spending a tiny amount for some really great choices put a smile on all their faces!!! “I was looking for replacement parts for an old tub faucet. Was referred to this place by another local plumbing supply store. The gentleman behind the counter new exactly what kind of old faucet I had as soon as he saw the stem. Produced a replacement in a matter of minutes, I left I with exactly what I needed even though I didn't know what kind of faucet I had to begin with. Now I know where to go in fifty years when the faucet fails again.”
