“Really enjoying living here. If you want your urban infrastructure, you have busses, light rail and Amtrak down the road at union depot. My family survives with 1 car but I do take the bus/train when possible. The staff is friendly and answers your questions honestly and quickly. My response times for maintenance is resolved quickly. And the amenities are second to none. Love it here”

“I’ve had a pleasant experience at the Station on Washington. Aside from a couple of very minor issues (such as a couple of internet outages early in the leasing term and a time when maintenance came to fix something but didn’t) I’ve had just about no complaints in the few months I’ve been here so far. The building is rather nice (including the apartments themselves, with only a few scratches, minor damages like a light out of place, or such when I moved in) and the people who work in the office are all very nice. I’ve had several good conversations with the front desk people and they are always helpful. It’s a great apartment for my current situation.”

“Moving into Shoreview Grand Apartments has honestly been a wonderful experience. Indi and the rest of the team here have been extremely patient, kind, and direct! I appreciate them, my family, best friend (for the recommendation), and the movers for all the help and guidance! Also that elevator has been extremely clutch in this whole process, to be honest! Glad to be here and apart of the community! It's a beautiful area in a nice spot too!”

“I have been at The Penfield for 6 months now and it keeps getting better. The courtyard is beautiful with places to sit and read surrounded by trees - you barely even realize you are in the city. It is very dog friendly and everyone who works here make my dog and I feel so welcome. They keep making upgrades, adding vending machines, dry cleaning services, and carts. However, my favorite aspect is how they foster a community by hosting events throughout the year. The only downside currently is all the roadwork that is happening around the area and the lower garage doesn't allow more than one car to come/go at once causing people to either have to back downhill or into traffic.”

“I recently moved in and my initial impressions of my unit were unfavorable as the contractors neglected to adequately clean or prepare the unit for my occupancy. However Missy and the diligent maintenance personnel promptly attended to all my concerns. Their swift and effective resolutions alleviated all my initial apprehensions to the apartment and made me feel heard and welcome.”

“Como Park Apartment has been home to me for the past 3 years. From the moment I was viewing the apartment tot when I left the staff has always been respectful and welcoming. Throughout my time there I have never had an issues with neighbors or the staff. The amenities there are also great as well, easy to access and maintenance are also reliable too. I love the Luxury deliver that Como Park Apartment has because I feel secure that my package will be delivered to me.Moreover, I love the the staff are also engaging and always coming up with events for the residents during holidays. I also love the on going Thursday food trucks where a different food truck will come to our apartment for a certain period of time.If I didn't have to move for family reasonings I would stay say here loner. It is bittersweet to leave Como Park Apartment and the staff there. Brittany and Tina was always super helpful and friendly.I hope you all will have a fabulous time like I did.”

“Seems like a nice place. A relative lives there. I looked into the pricing and waiting list. The monthly co-op fee seems pretty exorbitant, so that was disappointing.”

“Joanne, Shannon, Chenoya, Ralph, and Curtis are the best. This is the best place to live and there’s always things going on throughout the community here, bbq, free donuts and coffee! You wouldn’t regret living here. They understand the tenants and they all work well together to provide the perfect living space! I can go on and on about how happy I am, but you’ll have to come tour yourself to see how wonderful Cosmo really is!”

“I like to have a clean car, especially in the Winter. Besides that washing your car is good for your car, it's nice to have a clean looking car. I can't tell you how many times I've dirtied my pants, a jacket or bag from rubbing against a dirty car. Yuck! I have gone through the car washes at gas stations and such, and they do a nice job. But, they are expensive by comparison. Usually at a gas station a car wash is $7-$10. Going to a self wash is about $3.00. Ok maybe not life changing, but hey why not save a few bucks here and there to spend on a burger or something? Most the the self wash places I have been at are very similar. They have the high pressure wand with water, soap, and usually some extra options. You put in your quarters and have about 90 seconds to wash. When the lights start blinking or you hear the beeping, add a few quarters as needed. I never use the wheel wash or pre-soak, wax or any of the other options. I go with the soap right away and water to rinse. I used to use the soap brush however I have found that the high pressure soap works better and faster than a soap brush. I also believe that rocks and such can get logged in the soap brush which could scratch your car. The other aspect I like about the high pressure wand is spraying out the dirt and grime that gets in the wheel wells. Most places have a vacuum and a trash can to throw out some garbage. Fox Ridge had something I have not seen before. They super sized air hose to dry you car. I thought this was so cool. While I did not use this feature this trip, it is definitely something I would like to try sometime when I return. Fox Ridge is close to my office and I love convenience. I will certainly be back here when my car needs a wash.”

“When I needed something done, I asked Jake at the front desk and he immediately hopped up and took care of it himself. No questions asked an immediate and happy response! That’s why I love living here. I’ve been here since it Opened, and it’s been my home ever since.”

“Marty on the maintenance crew is incredible. Very knowledgeable and dedicated to finding solutions (even when he did not create the problems). We had an issue with a water leak in our bathroom and he was quick to help and resolve an unrelated sink clog. He is wonderful!”

“The views and the apartments themselves are super nice! When moving in some things could have been cleaned better (considered two hours of my time were spent cleaning that day), but other than that I haven't had any issues with the apartment. Maintenance is super timely and helpful. The management overall is helpful and kind. I wish there were more events put on, but I'm hoping with the new year those will begin. The gym has machines broken pretty frequently, which is a bummer. But the amenities are pretty well kept otherwise. The views of the city are definitely a selling point.”

“Hi this Lynn Deatherage thanks for showing me and my friend Peggy Keenan the apt. I saw 1, derogatory remarks about you where ms National Love and claimed you denied her on a crime in 2014.stoled at Walmart in the store. Thinks that you died her was racists against her. It's not racists because I'm muilitracial Disablied woman when in 1993 was blamed for a arson fire ?? that was done by Gail Avolos and she found guilty and I had to plead guilty to the second degree arson and I never repeated it. But you denied me but I'm not playing victim of the denial of my application for it. And you told me a tenant made a derogatory remarks about me and your evicted the person. Thank you for that. Chew out Lucinda GERVER about you don't allowed a tenants causes problems with others tenant.”

“Signed a lease around March to move in September of the same year. Lindsey was the leasing agent that I worked closely with. Had an amazing tour and the apartment had everything that a graduate student at the U needed. There was good security, in door parking, and a good quality studio for the price! Much cheaper than some of the other apartment near by on campus. Highly recommend if you are looking for a nice modern apartment without it being 1500+ for a studio. Very spacious for the price, a great gas stove kitchen, in unit washer dryer, and great cabinets! This goes for both Solhaus Tower and Solhaus Apartment studios that I was able to tour.

Unfortunately my living needs changed and I ended up needing a house for my partner and I. I initiated a subletting process and Lindsey was extremely helpful the whole time. Constantly answered my many phone calls and was very timely and helpful. They even gave me a good faith discount and waved all my admin and application fees because I was responsible with the subletting process, which I thought was super nice because they were not obligated to do that.

I know they run a business but they try to run a good one and will do everything they can to make it easy for you. Very good management.”

“In the time that I did live here I never had any issues. The management and care takers were always on point and helpful. The tenants appear to be friendly and the kids seem to play out together without any issues. Parking is great! I think the only issue I had was moving in furniture; the hallways are a bit tight. But overall I was a happy camper.”
