“This bank treats it's customers like family. They know everyone by name. They greet you with a smile and take time to talk about your day. I do business with this bank daily .And I also use this bank for my personal banking needs. When I wanted a loan, they took time to sit with me and explain things in a way I understood. The rates are great by the way. If you need a small loan and have less than perfect credit just speak to Ann. The staff has never been anything but polite and proffespprof with not only me .but to the customers I see go in and out daily. If I have a concern, I don't get put on hold or told to wait in a lobby until a banker is available. No. I can walk in the door and someone will assist me immediately. And if that's service you don't appreciate, maybe you just don't belong in a bank.”
