Having always had great luck with Youngstedt's other locations, I didn't think twice about taking my Jeep in for tire rotation and a few tire repairs. Lesson learned, get a few pics of your rims prior to service. I failed to do so and ended up with some damage that they won't own up to.

I had several brake warning lights illuminate while in the area for a basketball tournament. Afraid to drive 4 hours home without knowing what was going on, I called Mark on a Saturday AM. He got me in that morning and within two hours had the problem diagnosed and fixed. He charged me an extremely reasonable price and was courteous, professional, and honest. I am so thankful for this business. I would 100 percent recommend!

Had my oil changed here back in September 2023 on my 2012 SRT Challenger 392 Hemi they take 7 quarts.
Here’s a photo of the dipstick showing its over full by at least a court. I called Young‘s. MARK said they put 7 quarts in it you be the judge how much damage do you suppose it’s done to my engine it’s been driven 1000 or so miles

An outstanding place with excellent service and wonderful, caring qualified people who always provides the best care of my car. I highly reccomend this Youngstedt's to people who want the best for their car. Due to the length of time needed to repair my car, rides were provided for me back to my home and when service was completed, someone always came to me and took me back to Youngstedt's. Mark, the manager is so helpful and all of the people there.

I've used the Minnetonka and Wayzata Youngstedts locations for several years. I've always had great service.

This experience may not matter to too many, but I'm sure it will more and more as time goes on. It's important for me to be able to communicate with folks via email for services wanted, which includes auto services. Youngstedts of Wayzata does have an internet site communication ability, but typically does not respond back to inquiries I have. So then I tried email with them and still typically do not get responses. My inquiries are typical and shouldn't take much thought to respond to.
I'm not against using other forms of communication, but with my busy work and family lifestyle email allows me to communicate during off hours, and it's a time saver and efficient if addressed.
My suggestion is to discuss this with your employees at Wayzata. Start with Nick, who admitted, as a staff they do not check emails and such frequently and effectively enough.
